Nice stay

Since we didn't book deirectly with snow king resorts we wasn't intitle to the breakfast. Wrong I always book by a third party and was never refuse BREAKFAST.

We stayed at Snow King Resort for 3 nights before going into Yellowstone Park for 5 nights. We really enjoyed our stay. The beginner ski hill is literally right out the front door. The alpine slide and tubing area are within walking distance to the resort. They also have a laundry room which is located on level 1 which I used once during our stay. You have to use an app to operate it but it worked well (after turning off/on) my phone. We never ate at the restaurant but did enjoy dinner at Stillwest Brewery which is within walking distance.

It's a bit out of town. We took Ubers and it was an easy ride but it's not walking distance. However, you are close to the mountain.

The location is set perfectly right up against the mountain for incredible views, easy walking distance into Jackson Town center, the on-sight restaurant Haydens Post has some of the best servers/bartenders I've ever met. And if that's not enough the food alone will keep you coming back for more breakfast, lunch, or dinner!

My only complaint would be the bed in my room. A bit firm for my liking but thats very very minor issue let's be honest. No hotel can afford to go out and buy a 3,000 mattress for every room haha.

Gorgeous view! The condo was very comfortable & quiet which was exactly what we needed. It was a bit outdated & worn but extremely clean.

We are both senior citizens & my husband recently had surgery & was on a lifting restriction. It was VERY difficult for the two of us to carry our heavy luggage up the 39 steps to our condo on the top floor. There is no elevator & we were not made aware of that ahead of time or we would have requested a lower floor. There was no valet service to provide assistance.

The property was beautiful inside and out

I had email correspondence prior to arrival my room would have a microwave. When I inquired it was told no, it was a mistake. Cable in my room went out the last day. I was packing and watching TV. Called the front desk and reported. Waited a while, called back. Girl who answered said they had no record. Gave me a lame excuse that they all have separate logins so no one knew who or if anyone reported it ….

wine was good, smores nights was fun, getting to and from car was easy, housekeeping was amazing and so kind, little snack shop in lobby was very helpful for buying supplies and candy and balcony was nice

bathroom door is bad design, no exhaust fan in bathroom, violent neighbor had to call police at midnight after we heard multiple people being assaulted, front desk guy with rainbow shirt was never available or at the desk, no one answers when you call the front desk so there was no way to notify anyone what had happened but the police came and arrested someone, breakfast was way too expensive for what is offered but dinner was ok.

Breakfast was good however it was always hard to find staff members. We stayed first in your hotel & everything was really good. We especially had a lot of help from Robert at the front desk. Then we stayed at the condo, which we loved. There were a few things that needed to be fixed like the light fixture over the table looked like it could fall but other than that everything was good.

I received an auto text at 2:07 AM from Snow King . I let the front desk know and they were going to report it.

the rooms were nice and clean. for an extra fee there were those to do at the property such as mini golf and an alpine slide.

Don’t be fooled by “Mountain View” room. The basic property sits in a “hole” so looking out the window of floors 1-4 you are looking at grass. if you put your nose to the glass and crank your eyes to the side you can see a sliver of the Tetons. otherwise it is grass, parking lot and buildings for a view or the alpine slide and the little restaurant that is the view on the other side of the building.

Convenience to downtown Jackson, breakfast buffet was great! Lots of family activities on the property! Views were wonderful. Nice hot tub (although outside along with pool). Wish it had a indoor one of each. Even in mid June it was cool weather.

Could have used an extra trash basket in bed area. I did call front desk & they provided one. Lack of supervision & oversight at pool. Saw teens putting items in pool filter to plug it up. Asked them to stop & was ignored. Should require more supervision from parents, oversight from staff at resort. That lack of supervision distracted our relaxing time. Kids with no respect for others or the property.

Proximity to shops and restaurants around Broadway Avenue and free shuttle to Teton Village Jackson Hole ski resort

We were very disappointed with the non-arrival for our shuttle transport to airport and have to resort to use Uber and even with 3 times confirmations with the receptions. We were chased out from our apartment by the in-house cleaners prior to 1 hour before our extended check-out at 12 pm (can’t even finished my half way shower). Never in my life to be treated by such rude cleaners and with the daily high apartment charges. We have to put our lunge outside our apartment for the cleaners to come in ( as shown in the photos taken)
