I liked the style of the room. It was homey and comfortable, and the cleaning service was excellent. It had a good refrigerator and microwave.

The walls are THIN. I could hear people in the room next door speaking in normal tones, not loudly. Essentially, there's no privacy in conversations whether talking to people in person or on the phone. The shower water pressure was weak, like someone pouring water on me from a cup. It was also difficult to balance the water temperature--one small adjustment and it went from scalding hot to cold.

The room was so spacious with a dining table as well as a writing desk. It was immaculate and the beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was the usual fare, but filling. The front desk check-in staff (two young men) were very friendly and efficient. It is obvious that the staff wants to provide the best for their guests.

Good clean rooms, staff very pleasant, breakfast included. Location on paper looked good but long way to Yellowstone and you have to cross a high pass to Jackson so takes just under an hour. Still expensive by our country stds but alot cheaper than Jackson

The lack of housekeeping which we are finding is a new cost cutting exercise that seems to be the norm but we are just not used to that

My husband was after surgery and during the placing of the order I asked the hotel for the room without stairs access. Unfortunately, this request was not respected by hotel. We got a small dark room with window to the corridor on the second floor (we were 3 adults). The administrator helped us to carry our luggage. Next day we complained on uncomfortable room and he found the option to change it. The new room was spacy with a normal window outside. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was good. The hotel is located in very nice region, 1 - 1.5 hour from Grand Teton.

Breakfast was very good. Having plain Cheerios and low fat yogurt option was great as I am on weight watchers and these are low points for jeZ also appreciated having fruit available . Coffee was good and strong. Creamer flavored a nucectreat.?

Desk boy didn’t make me feel welcome seemed I bothered him by asking questions.

Breakfast had a nice assortment of food available, including eggs, sausage, waffles, pancakes, yogurt, breads, little muffins, packaged fruit cocktail, applesauce, some cereal, juices, coffee, hot chocolate, tea. Pool, gym, laundry on site. Staff was very pleasant. Most quiet little a/c unit we've ever used.

It's easy to miss the motel entrance. One morning (of three) the breakfast room was at capacity, so we ate in our room. (It wasn't really an issue since the room had a table and chairs.)

They went to a new “key” system and I was locked out of my room several times. I also booked 2 rooms and asked for them to be close but they didn’t get that message. And there was an adjoining room option but I wasn’t told about that which would have been a great option.

The bed was very comfortable. Very good breakfast. Table with 2 chairs, separate desk, convenient electrical outlets for computer.

My one complaint was that cold are blew in from the outside if the noisy heater was not turned on. It was a cold rainy night.

Good breakfast, plenty of choices. Very clean room and bathroom. Close town for Grand Teton park, easy drive. Nearby gas stations, shops etc.

Not an issue for me but no elevator for 2nd floor. Door to parking lot is near the stairs for easy moving.

Looks like it has recently been refurbished recently.

No place to hang up clothes. Directional signage confusing. Suggest that “Building A and Building B” be added to current signage.
