This motel is incredibly well-run, the staff are attentive, and the entire motel has been remodeled. The beds are comfortable, the kitchenette was convenient, the room was clean and meet our every needs. We enjoyed swimming in the outdoor pool, cooked each night on the gas-grills and enjoyed meals at the beautiful outdoor eating area. The gym was great, the lobby super comfortable, and the laundry very helpful. Location was superb, with 3 supermarkets within walking distance. A special shoutout to Chrissy for her caring management style! She made our stay super personable!

The location was REALLY good and the staff was super nice. We were tent camping and it was a good time to re organize and do my laundry. We were able to park directly outside our door which made bringing our stuff inside super easy. With the ADA rooms they had accessible parking outside the doors

The bathtub/shower in the ADA room wasn’t clean enough, even after I rinsed it down.

The rooms look recently renovated so everything looked nice and clean. It is by far not a 5 star resort but it's perfect for one or several nights. It has a small kitchen, which we did not use, but it's great for those that want to buy some groceries and/or cook. The staff was a bit slow at check-in but was very pleasant at both check in and check out processes. Better value for money then many other Jackson hotels. Would recommend.

The area was well lit over the entire property, which gave me a sense of security. The handicapped bathroom was large. They were plenty of towels and toiletries avavailable.

I didn't like that there was not a curtain over the blind at the window. I would have liked a chair be in the room. There was not a hair dryer but one was available upon request to front desk.

This hotel did not serve breakfast, but there was hot coffee in the lobby, and one of the coffee pots contained the coffee brand from my hometown! It was close to one of the main streets thru town, but our room was in the very back section of the hotel, and we didn't hear any street noise. There were grocery store, Target and restaurants within walking distance of the hotel, and we felt safe when walking to the Target store. There was also a gas station two business' from the hotel. The main street downtown was only about 5 minutes away. The mini fridge and A/C were cold. The bed was comfortable. I would stay here again.

There was a rain gutter/drain close to our front door and the sidewalk close to our door seemed to always be wet, even if it wasnt raining. I just didnt feel safe walking on the wet pavement, especially if I was carrying something in my hands. I didnt slip, but I was cautious.

Great spot, flexible cancelation policy. Rooms were a bit small but good value for the price. Room is equipped with fridge, microwave, toaster, and cutlery. Towels are charged daily. Parking is convenient, location convenient and close to supermarkets.

Staff was super friendly and helpful. Booked last minute after a really long 19 mile hike and I accidentally booked it for the wrong night. Staff was super quick to help correct it and was able to still get a room for the night with no extra charges.

Cost was a little pricey but at that point I was willing to pay it. I just needed a comfy bed.

It was super clean and updated. The staff was so nice and helpful.

The room is super small for 2 people with separate luggage. The kitchenette is unnecessary and a waste of space as far as I’m concerned. The bathroom isn’t accommodating for toiletries. No surfaces to lay things. Especially for the cost of the room.

This was such a comfortable stay set up like a little apartment. The full sized bunks with outlets were very convenient. I like the location and walking access to some restaurants and Target. The closeness to Grand Teton National Park was great!

The couch was very uncomfortable but besides that, great stay!

Kind staff, the lady was very nice and helpful (has provided hairdryer and cleaned the dryer lint filter too). Comfortable beds. By car, the motel is close to the downtown. The accommodation has a great laundry service. Parking is easy and free (large parking lot).

The room doesn't have an outlet with USB charging ports (there is an USB charging port only on the TV), just the regular wall outlets. It wasn't a big problem, just a note.
