The room was very nice and well kept/clean. Loved the pool and hot tub area. We also enjoyed the $5 breakfast Buffet, which was delicious and a great deal!

Housekeeping only cleaned our room once while we were there for 4 nights, as they only clean up 3 days per week. This would have been fine but on Monday we were gone all day except between 2:30-3 PM which was when housekeeping got to our room. We were hoping they’d come back later to replace towels/make bed but they didn’t. Housekeeping came by around 9AM the day we were checking out to try to clean our room in preparation for the next guest which I didn’t appreciate as we had until 11 AM to check out.

My husband was disappointed that breakfast wasn’t included in stay, but felt better when I told him it was only $5/guest. He passed on breakfast a couple mornings and just got free coffee. I had breakfast which included eggs and fruit and sausage or bacon. I did not eat any of the other items.

The bacon at breakfast was way too salty. There was a selection of teas, but I prefer plain black teas like English Breakfast or Irish Breakfast. Also, water pressure in shower could have been stronger.

Very large, clean, comfortable room, with large bathroom and huge, really good shower. With the exception of the woman at breakfast, staff were friendly and welcoming.. Breakfast was fine, although at the price of the room, should really be included (it was for us as we booked a long time ago when it was still included, but now they charge $5 pp). Well located for the park and for local eateries.

This was the most expensive accommodation of our trip, yet was the only place without a microwave in the room

We booked for 2 nights last minute after booking a disaster property for less than half the price that was an hour outside of Jackson Hole. It was worth every penny extra to not only stay in town but to stay at this wonderful property. It exceeded our expectations and we didn't even use the pool, sauna or exercise room. We would book again without a doubt and will always recommend The Lodge At Jackson Hole!

The price but the parking lot was full so the market is willing to pay your prices!

Very easy check-in. Great location. The breakfast that was included was above expectations, lots of choices and plenty of food and waitstaff to clean up immediately.

We stayed Thursday night-Sunday, and the rooms are only cleaned every few days, so we didn’t have anyone tending to our room during our stay. Would like fresh towels at least daily. It might be over the top, but the way I view it, we’re paying the same price each day, so it should be like it was upon arrival with fresh linens.

The breakfast was included, and was of high quality, with two styles of scrambled eggs, microwaved bacon, sausage and potatoes; variety included bagels, cut fruit, cereal and muffins; there was good coffee, tea and hot chocolate; juices included OJ and cranberry juice, if there had been tomato juice or V8 it would have been perfect for me. Have to admit we didn't use the pool, the workout room or the sauna because we were there to ski. Families might take better advantage of those features. The location worked well for us because it was easy walking distance to Sidewinder's and the Gun Barrel, and away from the crowds in the square. We drove to the square as needed.

Well, the elevator was out of order for one day, but these things happen. We were on the 3rd floor, so after skiing it was more noticeable than otherwise. We've stayed there before and will do so again.

Great hotel at a great price! Our family stayed for about 6 days and loved spending time there. The hotel is about 50 foot away from the town shuttle so you do not need a rent a car at all! The breakfast was great and so was the pool area with the hot tub and sauna. Overall just a great stay!

The only thing we didn't care for was the size of the room. For a family situation our "suite" was just too small, but I don't believe that's the hotel's fault. We would purchase two rooms in the future.

Breakfast ran out of options pretty quickly despite running from 7am-10am and some of the drink machines were broken Towels in rooms were low quality Place felt a little dirty/ignored since it was the off season

We loved everything about our stay! The breakfast was delicious as was the food offerings at the lounge in the evenings. The shuttle was so prompt and convenient!

Our hallways had a couple plug in air fresheners, I think they were trying to cover the smell of someone smoking pot because it was a funky mix, but literally only on our hallway. I’m also really sensitive to smells so it possibly wasn’t as bad to everyone else.

Breakfast was above average; the service during breakfast was better than expected. I liked the room decorations. The two main beds were comfortable. The kids had fun in the pool; there were a number of other families staying there!

The hook in the bathroom (to hang towels) was coming off the wall. The pull out sofa bed was uncomfortable and we were not provided linens for it. We had to pester the front desk twice for a proper set. The pool was a little hazy; didn't feel totally clean (in addition to the hot soaking pool; also felt less than clean). The initial reception at the front desk was very transactional; didn't feel very welcome.
