The staff are professional and courteous. Hotel is very clean and well maintained and the decor is new and comfortable. I used the exercise room and hot tub. They have a coffee bar and snacks all day as well as free champagne in the evening. I would recommend this hotel and plan to stay here again.

Honestly no complaints. I appreciate the 3 minutes it was from the square. We went to the Albertsons a minute away. Parking is free and right out the front door. Staff says hello every time and they have good answers to your questions and great suggestions. Their sister property is around the corner with a happy hour but costs a little more a night. Why bother- stay at the Wyoming Inn!

This was our first visit to Jackson Hole in the middle of "Crazy Summer Season." That said: this Inn is First Class. After checking in early -thanks, Craig! - we nicely settled-in to our King Room. I'll just say this: their website does a very good job of showing you what to expect. (Or, I'm just too lazy to get into all the details.) If you're accustomed to a higher-end property, with great amenities, you'll like it here. Just a short drive to all the excitement of downtown Jackson Hole, and Grand Teton National Park, there is so-much to do. It's exhausting! So, if you're looking for a special place to relax, after too much "Sensory Overload," The Wyoming Inn will not disappoint.

This place is really excellent value for the money. It’s locationis splendid and the staff are really helpful as well as friendly. They go out of the way to make your stay comfortable. The rooms are spacious, mattress, as well as pillows are very comfortable. Linen is fresh towels are clean and the bathrooms are well kept. Breakfast at the hotel is sumptuous and the restaurant is known for good food. There are a number of restaurants close by as well as groceries and other facilities. Parking is easy and access to the main road and into town is very easy as well. The airport is about 30 minutes away and easily accessible. The rooms have a good view and the coffee is always available. The staff in this hotel are an asset to the property and really made our stay very comfortable. In addition they were very helpful in planning trips into the national Parks

The Hotel was clean and in good shape. The rooms were large and had a nice sitting area and a window bay you can sit in. The rooms were quiet but we were also on the third floor at the end of the hallway but I could not hear anyone else while were there. The hotel was a bit far to walk to downtown but it was a short drive and the parking was plentiful. I am a hotel snob( very picky) and I would stay here again.

The Beds were a bit hard for my taste and the pillows a bit flat and soft but I could still sleep.

Loved staying at the Wyoming Inn!! This place is beautiful. We had a King room w/a fireplace, desk area, sitting area and even a bar area. It was exceptionally clean which I really loved. The bed was so comfortable and that headboard was awesome too. Everything was very tastefully appointed. The 2 sink bathroom was so nice for my husband and I to both have a sink to use. And of course, the huge shower was amazing. I really enjoyed the lighting in the bathroom floor that comes on by motion detector. Also, we enjoyed the hot tub area as well. It was a gorgeous space! Lastly, they were able to get a box fan for us to utilize while there. I wish we had gotten to stay there longer.

The price is the only negative thing I can say about it. But, this was a special vacation for us so we did what we had to do.

The room was big. The bed was comfy. It has a fridge and a microwave, which is helpful. The blackout curtains were great. We like to sleep in dark rooms and the room is dark. Overall, our stay was great.

There was a weird smell in the room that I could figure out what it was or where it was coming from. Also, I wish I knew if there was a shuttle into town.

The staff was wonderful and attentive. We liked the soothing colors and the spaciousness. The shower stall was nice and large. The beds were comfortable and the maids service absolutely excellent I love that. They had bikes for us to check out and ride. I took advantage of this. The restaurant had very good food. I wish there had been a bit more variety, but it was really good.

There’s not enough lighting in the rooms. A little bit of a strain on the eyes because it was just a bit too dark.

I loved the food!! Dinner was amazing!! Servers were great!

I thought the price was a bit much for the quality of the hotel. I didn’t like the fact that the shuttle did not take one to the airport or two other local places. I also thought that the front desk personnel should’ve been a little bit more informative upon check-in. For example, I didn’t know that there was an E bike rental right across the street from the hotel. I was walking around town and it started getting hot, I saw a bike rental and got a bike several blocks from the hotel. Had I know that there was a bike rental across the street, I would’ve been able to bike a lot longer before returning the bike.

The spa hot tub was nice, although a small space. The rooms were well appointed and comfortable. The vibe was better than most typical 3* hotels , but the amenities were not quite up to par with a 4* facility.

The room was a little dark. The shower could have had better pressure. The amenities and common areas were limited. There was no outdoor space to congregate in.

Very nice rooms. Location is a bit out of the centre, so you'll need to drive to that. Many shops nearby, like an REI outdoor shop just next to the hotel

Breakfast is not included and is quite expensive for what you get. The "Ranch hand buttermilk pancakes with strawberries" was really just half (!) a strawberry sliced in a few pieces. I'm glad we didn't eat dinner because I fear we would have been disappointed.
