While the details of the hotel are exceptional (sheets and towels to die for, elevated amenities and personal touches etc)it’s the staff that actually makes this property!! Every encounter was exceptional from the gents at the door, the concierge, front desk staff, housekeeping and especially the bar staff. Do not miss an evening interacting with Rowdy at the bar -it will warm and elevate this beautiful property making it simultaneously comfortable and the height of refined elegance.

We were at the hotel early in the season so there were a few details that had not yet been addressed. Our tv never worked-which was a non-issue with so much to see and do in the area. Also, the carpet in our room was torn - just an eyesore that slightly took away from the level of the hotel. And the rooftop hot tub was double booked which was sad for the guest that had to leave.

Everything! Loved this hotel!! The location is excellent, right in the center of town (but quiet). The hotel is beautiful and super comfortable (the rooms, the library, even the business/conference room), and the staff is super attentive to every detail. We stayed for five nights and were so pleased with everything. We used the hot tub on the roof (at sunset with light snowflakes drifting down and beautiful views of the mountains). Wonderful daily touches like beautiful packages of chocolates every evening, a welcome half bottle of wine and handwritten note upon arrival, coffee station every morning (in addition to good nespresso machine in room) which becomes a tea station every afternoon and evening complete with home baked treats daily, and a hot chocolate bar set out as well! Honestly, a lovely small hotel with impeccable service. They offer a shuttle to the ski slopes too, which we didn’t use this trip.

We only had breakfast the first morning in Figs, the hotel restaurant (we had fun trying a different breakfast place in town each morning) and it was just ok. It seemed like the staff was still working out the kinks, and the dishes were not the greatest. But we heard from some local friends that the dinners are very good.

Decent size rooms, with A/C and a fireplace. Very large bathroom and shower. The bed was very large and comfortable. You got water and chocolates arriving which we appreciated. Location was amazing, probably on of the best in Jackson Hole and you can get free ebikes from the hotel to move around and see the whole town, which was a great addition. On the day we arrived, we had dinner at their lebanese restaurant there, which is a must try. Lastly, we were on our honeymoon and the staff provided us with a champagne to celebrate, which was so kind of them. P.S. at 5 pm you need to be there and try the cookies they put in the library for guests to try, real good.

i'd say there are not too many facilities within the hotel although there is a gym and a jacuzzi. Nonetheless Jackson Hole is so beautiful so we didn't stay in the hotel much anyway. The one thing i'd say we didnt like is that it might be a bit overpriced in the sense that you can get something much cheaper and probably not so much less in quality around Jackson but this doesn't take away how glad we were to stay at Hotel Jackson!

Central location and very cozy. Beautiful furnishings. Bar was lovely with amazing staff. All staff were so friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Perfect stay for friends 60th Birthday ❤️

We loved everything about the property.

The best place to stay in Jackson. Located in midst of town surrounded by amazing restaurants and near both ski areas. Not to mention the most amazing service I’ve ever experience. The staff at hotel Jackson are beyond phenomenal.

Breakfast was delicious.

Ice is not available to the room except through the front desk. That said, the ice arrived within 5 minutes of the phone call.

Hotel Jackson is a charming hotel with a modern mountain cabin chic that feels intimate and cosy and is perfectly located to enjoy a lovely town with access to fabulous scenery. Breakfast great too!

Only complaint is the auto nightlight in the bathroom - not a fan when the door is glass

What an amazing hotel, the rooms are beautiful! From the flowers on the table to the fireplace! The staff is friendly and very helpful. The location is central to everything and food shopping walkable. Loved it!

Awesome location right in the town square, can walk everywhere. Rooms were very well kept, comfortable and clean. Service was very welcoming and accommodating.
