Room was comfortable, and served its purpose , which was to give us a place relax between my wife’s eye surgeries.

We arrived around 1:30 after her eye surgery. They wouldn’t let us check in until almost 4 in the afternoon. So we parked in the parking lot for several hours, with the seats reclined, before we could go to the room.

It was a last minute trip and so the price is what really inspired me as all other hotels were triple what I received.

As an assistant housekeeping manager even though this property is a bit dated the staff does an amazing job. I did not find any hair, or dirty floors or spaces. They worked diligently every day to make things look its best.

The hotel had comfortable beds and good facilities. Parking was easy and the room was of a good size. There was an excellent supermarket a short walk away and some restaurants nearby. The breakfast seemed OK.

The floors creaked loudly in the rooms. The shower was a bit weedy. It was about 2 miles to the centre of Jackson where most things were. The walk was interesting. Housekeeping knock you up at 0830 on departure day, we were ready to go anyway.

I was so surprised by the Super8 in Jackson Hole. It is a typical chain hotel, but very clean and quiet, but the thing that impressed me the most was the pride the staff took in their work and the hotel, and it showed even in the smallest details like the spotless area where breakfast and snacks were available. There was always hot coffee, and in the afternoons -- cookies and freshly made popcorn. Just a really great place to stay!! I will be back.

Nothing you can do about it, but an elevator would be nice! Got a good workout taking bags in and out.

Impeccably clean and the staff were all friendly and welcoming. Availability of drinks and snacks in the dining area was endearing! Decent coffee, too.

I wish there had been actual protein options for breakfast. Peanut butter and yogurt were the only protein options, which just aren’t sufficient when most folks are heading out for a day’s worth of outdoor fun. Only other small complaint was that it doesn’t appear that the motel participates in a water/energy conservation program. Towels and toiletries were replaced daily, even if they were hanging up and barely used. My friend and I needed basic cleaning service, so we kept the door sign turned, but these daily exchanges seemed a bit wasteful.

The guys that worked the front desk were amazing. Very helpful & friendly. Room was clean, nice temp when I arrived. Breakfast was good, could slow the pancake maker just a bit to brown a bit more, almost looked not quite done, but good flavor.

I can't think of anything I didn't like. Well, maybe the bed was a bit too firm, but I understand the reasoning behind it. They last longer.

Nice staff, spacious and clean rooms. They offer coffee and water all day. Cookies out there in the afternoon as well as freshly made popcorn. Pancake instead of waffle maker for breakfast. You won‘t get the most perfect and fluffy pancakes out of it but they are good enough for a quick and easy continental breakfast.

We found the price for this place to be way too high, but it is in the range of everything else in the town.

I paid but did not use breakfast in the hotel. However, I did fill water bottles with ice and water, which was nice to have. The room was spacious. Checkin was easy enough. Everyone was super nice.

The shower in the bathroom was not working well, but other than that it was a nice room with comfy beds and a great location - need downtown (a short Uber ride away, which is another nice thing about Jackson as I did not want to try and find parking!).

Plenty of parking, easy access to our room, convenient to downtown and Teton NP . Hot coffee, tea and snacks were always available.

The price. There was nothing exceptional about the place for the money I paid. And the breakfast consisted of prepackaged muffins, toast, yogurt & 2 kinds of cereal.

The price was about the lowest in Jackson, so that was a winner. Breakfast was a little better than at most Super 8s, and breakfast area was very nice. Room was nicely sized and clean.

I can't think of anything. The room and hotel were nice for a Super 8 and our expectations were pretty low.
