Room was comfortable, and served its purpose , which was to give us a place relax between my wife’s eye surgeries.

We arrived around 1:30 after her eye surgery. They wouldn’t let us check in until almost 4 in the afternoon. So we parked in the parking lot for several hours, with the seats reclined, before we could go to the room.

I was so surprised by the Super8 in Jackson Hole. It is a typical chain hotel, but very clean and quiet, but the thing that impressed me the most was the pride the staff took in their work and the hotel, and it showed even in the smallest details like the spotless area where breakfast and snacks were available. There was always hot coffee, and in the afternoons -- cookies and freshly made popcorn. Just a really great place to stay!! I will be back.

Nothing you can do about it, but an elevator would be nice! Got a good workout taking bags in and out.

Impeccably clean and the staff were all friendly and welcoming. Availability of drinks and snacks in the dining area was endearing! Decent coffee, too.

I wish there had been actual protein options for breakfast. Peanut butter and yogurt were the only protein options, which just aren’t sufficient when most folks are heading out for a day’s worth of outdoor fun. Only other small complaint was that it doesn’t appear that the motel participates in a water/energy conservation program. Towels and toiletries were replaced daily, even if they were hanging up and barely used. My friend and I needed basic cleaning service, so we kept the door sign turned, but these daily exchanges seemed a bit wasteful.

Nice staff, spacious and clean rooms. They offer coffee and water all day. Cookies out there in the afternoon as well as freshly made popcorn. Pancake instead of waffle maker for breakfast. You won‘t get the most perfect and fluffy pancakes out of it but they are good enough for a quick and easy continental breakfast.

We found the price for this place to be way too high, but it is in the range of everything else in the town.

The guys that worked the front desk were amazing. Very helpful & friendly. Room was clean, nice temp when I arrived. Breakfast was good, could slow the pancake maker just a bit to brown a bit more, almost looked not quite done, but good flavor.

I can't think of anything I didn't like. Well, maybe the bed was a bit too firm, but I understand the reasoning behind it. They last longer.

I paid but did not use breakfast in the hotel. However, I did fill water bottles with ice and water, which was nice to have. The room was spacious. Checkin was easy enough. Everyone was super nice.

The shower in the bathroom was not working well, but other than that it was a nice room with comfy beds and a great location - need downtown (a short Uber ride away, which is another nice thing about Jackson as I did not want to try and find parking!).

The location was perfect for going out and exploring the area and easy to find. From the first steps in the door we were treated with kindness. We arrived earlier than the 4pm check in time. Ivan, the front desk clerk, recommended a couple good places to eat and relax until our room was cleaned, of which he put a priority on without us even asking. He even called when our room was ready to be occupied. Many reviews are negative about the decor and how dated it is. Well, we enjoyed it and it fitts right in with the rustic-ness of the area. The room was super clean, bed was very comfortable, and for the amount of people staying there, it was super quiet!!! We would definitely stay here again!

Breakfast was nice but I would have loved an egg option. We stayed at a Best Western one night and I was thrilled to see a warm cheesy egg omelet in one of the pans. I did really enjoy the piping hot coffee at this place tho and the yummy muffins, so no big deal.😊

Breakfast was basic but adequate. Popcorn ,cookies,coffee, and tea open arrival were an unexpected surprise. Size of the breakfast area was great. Staff was friendly throughout the facility. The front desk clerk was able to change our room to the bottom floor to accommodate my wife’s difficulty in climbing stairs.

The room price was a bit high. No elevator at the facility for elderly customers. Breakfast food selection could have offered more variety, The facility was quite far from the center of town.

Always someone at the front desk. Breakfast had a lot of options, but pancakes are the only hot food.

The lobby and breakfast area seems small for the size of the hotel. People would take food back to their rooms.
