The place was beautiful and even saw a mother moose

We asked for to go meals for our hike and waited around the kitchen area. We didn't want to nag about them so we left after 30 minutes without food. The guy running the kitchen seemed to be in a bad mood

The accomodation is very charming and nicely located in the green with trees all around. The terrace behind the building is a great place to start the day with coffee in hand, or (as we were able to enjoy) to enjoy a dinner when the weather allows. The staff is engaged, motivated and friendly and are doing their best to make your stay enjoyable. We received a lot of information up front. While it is a lot to digest, I strongly recommend reading through the messages and text the team with any questions you might have. They were quick to respond to us and gave us great tipps. We especially enjoyed the changing breakfast items every morning that were freshly prepared and the dinner that was organized for us and other guests. This is an accomodation that provides and extraordinary experience that we would recommend to everyone.

It is certainly a bit pricy and we felt that the bikes (non electric) they have on site could have been provided free of charge.

The cabin we stayed in was beautiful with all the amenities....microwave, fridge, utensils, dishes.... It was a great place for a family who planned to stay for a week.

It would have been nice to have air conditioning. It was a little warm at night. We get up early to get on the hiking trails, so we had to have breakfast elsewhere. This happens in most hotels we stay at. It would be nice to have a breakfast that we have access to very early in the morning.

Beautiful INN Checkin was very easy and the innkeeper was very nice. The beds were the most comfortable during my entire trip. I wished I stayed another night in the area. The breakfasts were a hit every morning and it was nice meeting other guests at the Inn. Breakfast also changes every morning. The inn will try their best to accommodate dietary preferences. If I was ever in Jackson Hole area again I would stay here again.

Nothing Everything was wonderful.

Beautiful rustic log home style property designed with western accents. The owner and innkeepers are very hospitable. I enjoyed the afternoon wine and charcuterie, I often left on adventures early, but the one breakfast I had was wonderful! The bed was exquisite and the remote controlled fireplace was phenomenal! The room was made pristine on a daily basis. I appreciate the snow shoes that were available for use. It’s a wonderful inn, I look forward to staying there again!

An infrared sauna would be an amazing amenity!

The property was beautiful, everything was extremely clean, bed was very comfortable, breakfast was great, location was very convenient, This property offers a lot of little extras to make your stay great, like the wine and cheese hour, cookies, etc, and the staff is very welcoming and nice (including the cute canine greeter!).

I tried for a couple of days before being able to get a hold of the staff before our arrival with a few pre-arrival questions. A few little things--staff was super nice in offering to put out some breakfast burritos for us for our early departure to Yellowstone, which was above and beyond, but then ended up not following through on that offer. We also asked for no housekeeping service during our stay, but they did end up coming in (again, little thing, much better than the opposite). This would be the reason for a lower rating for staff compared to the other ratings. Would still totally recommend staying here!

Breakfast at bentwood inn was top notch.

This is not really a complaint but normally bentwood will provide you breakfast if you have a early trip or excursion planned. I let them know i would be leaving at 6:30am but breakfast was not ready. That being said, weather was bad that day but communication would have been great so I could have made other arrangements. The chef did make up for it by doing a special request breakfast my last day.

The Bentwood Inn was a cozy luxury for my husband and me. We decided to drive to a conference across the country and “wing it” with booking accommodations. Our joy in finding this beautiful inn was the highlight of our travel, for these reasons: the welcome was prepared yet casual. (We drove 8 hours and arrived just in time for a bit of wine and dumplings), the bed was incredibly comfortable, the morning coffee was amazing, the breakfast exquisite. I was surprised by the amount of guests we saw at breakfast, because sound did not seem to carry. The grounds in the back provided a much needed place for solitude for one who needed to clear her head and spirit from those travel “clogs” that form around too many tourists. The intersections with the other guests were cheery, but not intrusive. We all shared an appreciation for the inn’s offerings. My husband and I will be back.

It’s a small and well maintained property with a family vibe in the middle of nature. The location is around 30mins from Jacksonhole very reasonable drive. The room is very clean and comfortable. And we enjoyed every breakfasts which is so carefully prepared and absolutely delicious. There is snack put out late afternoon which is very sweet especially after day out skiing. We will look forward to returning next season!

Staff was very friendly and courteous. They reached out in advance of our stay to enquire about food allergies and preferences. The room was clean and comfortable. We were greeted with a complimentary happy hour! The breakfast was excellent and they accommodated all our food allergies. As we were leaving a moose and her calf came across the lawn and stayed for a few minutes. Quite a bonus!
