room was exactly as it was pictured - beautiful, clean, very well appointed with a balcony over looking a steam - staff was incredibly nice and helpful, I arrived late and they helped to get me some dinner as only one place was open. I had an incredible amount of luggage due to long term travel and travelling with photography equipment and the valet / bellman didnt even hint at a complaint. he was so very pleasant. Loved that I could fall asleep at night to the sound of the steam out my window

the only thing I would like is air conditioning... granted its not REALLY needed but sometimes I like a very cold room

Our time at the pool and hot tub was really nice and the service by the staff was great - drinks and food was amazing. Being so close to the gondola and market was a real plus.

Keeping the rooms cool during the summer is a little challenging. You need some type of exhaust fan in the ceiling that pushes air out and thus pull air in through the open windows up through the upstairs room. One screen was missing and one was damaged.

The property is located very close to the gondola and up on Telluride Mountain Village with lots of restaurants, grocery stores and the beautiful village. The staff was wonderful and helpful when we asked for anything. Only issue was the road to the hotel was being paved and work being done to the roof so getting our car at valet took forever. It took at least 20-25 min and we were forced to use valet. I would recommend these accommodations, but make sure they are done with construction.

The construction going on while we were there. Forced to get Valet and the car seemed to be parked very far because it took over 20-25 min every time we requested our car. We were 4 people in a junior suite and the cleaning staff only left 3 towels and no shampoo for the 5 days we were there. Other than that the staff was wonderful.

The entire staff was exceptional. Professional, friendly and helpful. The main building, with the restaurant and bar, is a mountain southwest motif and it is beautiful. Our room was over the top, with a balcony, separate bedroom and living room each with its own gas fireplace. The kitchen was fully furnished and lacked nothing. I especially want to thank Deana for her kindness.

I wish we could have stayed longer.

Great location in the Mountain Village, excellent and helpful staff, well-appointed and comfortable two-bedroom suite.

The suite was advertised as having four beds, but the two twin-size beds in the upstairs bedroom were configured as a single king-size bed. I didn't give a great rating for "value" because almost all prices in Telluride are high during ski season.

Well built room; the dark roast coffee was excellent.

I didn't like the view from my room (nothing to see except shadows of the gondola as they pass by); refrigerator was hard to open as the door is flush with the carpet; no outlet to plug my phone near the bedside stand; no desk

maintenance could be a bit better: weather stripping on balcony door loose; bathtub stopper leaks; bathtub/shower soap holder almost off wall and thus does not hold the soap. Small suggestions: some handwashing soap in kitchen would sure be helpful; also, something to wash dishes with. don’t always need to use dishwasher

The staff that checked us in/out-I think his name was Matt, he was super friendly. I didn’t realize when booking that there was a village on site. That was a nice surprise. The pool and hot tub area were really nice. We had breakfast at the lodge restaurant and the staff was nice and food was great. Definitely will stay again when I visit Colorado.

The staff was friendly and helpful. We were there for the Wenninger-Maki wedding and the location made it truly memorable!

The rooms were a little small, but provided what we needed. The bathroom is TINY and the toilet very LOW.

Beautiful location and mountain views. Easy, short walk to the gondola, market and village. We enjoyed the jacuzzi too.

Mattress wasn't firm enough. The valet parking didn't make sense since - wasn't necessary.
