I loved everything about the place staring from the pretty huge lawn and space outside the hotel which is not common in hotel industry. Then the staff was polite, humble, understanding and friendly. We took some time to checkout and they stayed patient throughout. The hotel’s interior and aesthetics are absolutely gorgeous ! The tea was to die for ! Breakfast was pretty tasty too. Hotel’s Restaurant is also very pretty spacious and has a view of the park outside. The room could have been more spacious but it had all the possible amenities once can need. (Hair dryer, dental kit, enough towels, tea/coffee maker etc). The location is gorgeous itself and easy to find.

The size of the room could have been a little bigger.

Overall setup is good, courteous and mannered staff, starting from bell boy who picked my endless luggage, to house keeping staff, all did a great job in making my stay comfortable. Breakfast options were good too though nonveg will not have much options but still good.

Just that there was no proper shaded and structured parking and in summer with car under blazing sun it's difficult to sit in the car. And it's self parking .

Neat and clean property. Interiors are nicely done. Room service is very quick. Beds are comfortable. All the toiletries are in place.The restaurant serves delicious food though it a bit pricey. Breakfast had a good menu too and if you find something cold, the staff will immediately get it made fresh.

Everything was good. The only minus point is that there are no restaurants nearby but the hotel serves good food so not much of a problem.

Cleanliness and comfort wise it is excellent but service an communication is very poor and even we paid 70 % advance payment there was foce for fill payment the reception wS insisting again to make full payment which even 5 star hotels don't do

Facility and comfort

The breakfast was the highlight of my stay. We had a room with a great view.

The mini fridge wasn't in working condition and the all out given to us was empty. There were a lot of mosquitoes, me and my sister couldn't sleep the entire night.

Staff was polite and courteous. Location and rooms were very good. Overall experience was very good. Would definitely love to visit again

Food was alright but expensive. Rooms were slighty untidy. Some areas in room were not properly dusted.

I feel so much manipulation in giving the delux room, they were offering standard room although I have paid for the delux room
