The establishment looks amazing, the penthouse is very spacious and clean. The view from the balcony is spectacular. The kitchen well equiped with everything you need. Very comfy beds and pillow, very quiet. Everything was above expectations. They also offer a parking garage. Everything was exceptional and we prolonged our stay with 2 more days. The staff was very helpfull and gave all the indications in advance through whatsapp.

The establishment is located on a hill and the distance to the seaside is about 20 minutes walk. Not really a problem because it is a very nice walk through the old city and the views from the hill is amazing.

The complex is beautiful and clean. The apartment was spacious and light with a fantastic balcony. 5 mins drive to Estapona town / beach. You can walk it, would probably take 30 mins or so, but steep walk back. Loved our stay.

The pool bar closed at 5pm and the pool closed at 6pm (it was gated and locked at this time). The pool area was still packed every day at this time, I don't know why they closed so early.. missing a trick really with the bar/food. The pool should have really stayed open another hour or two as well.

these holiday apartments are immaculate, They are modern and chic. we loved them. the staff were lovely and helpful. the sports club was a nice touch as was the pool bar and the food was nice there although expensive. the kitchen was well equipped. the aircon was excellent. Swim Towels provided. Esteponna is a cool town with loads of bars and restaurants and it is really pretty.

As the name suggests these apartments are up in the hills. we had a hire car so could wizz up and down but if you didn't you would have to Uber or taxi - it is not a walk away from the town especially not in the heat. The Shop on site is nice and the staff are great but it is really expensive.

Not enough dishwasher or washing up pods for a 12 night stay and nowhere on site to buy. Clarity to be given proactively (maybe on check in or on card left in apartment) on when cleaning of apartment and change of sheets and towels will be done. No hot water for 2 days. Fixed asap with very responsive staff who fid their best to help. They offered us a different apartment, but was not the same spec! The cranes and builders on site did not bother us, but if you are a light sleeper, bring earplugs!!

Great apartments with large indoor and outdoor living area. Pool area was good and plenty of room for all the guests. Gym and Padel were a real bonus and 2 cafes with good quality food and drink also made a difference.

There wasn't much not to like. It would be good if they had a little store with basics like bread and milk especially as we arrived on a Sunday when a lot of shops are closed.

The apartment was amazing well appointed and perfectly clean with huge terrace and terrific views..The entire complex was maintained to the highest standards and was a credit to the team involved.. It should be noted that given its location car rental is highly recommended.

Under local guidelines given the apparent water shortages in the area the pool was closed for the duration of our stay. Whilst this does not reflect on the operators of the property I believe that as a key part of the package the non availability should have been indicated. Neither booking.com or the complex flagged this online as a possibility. An email sent by the property two days in advance of travel in relation to the closure was too late to allow alternative arrangements.

* A Super clean, NEW modern 2 bedroom appartement. * Large Modern new Kitchen with Washer/Dryer. * Wifi was great. * The Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. * Nice and quiet location, and with the car, only 6 minutes or so and you are in the Estepona center. * Made use of the Padel and Gym just across the road. Only 24 Euro with Padel Rackets for 1 hour. Gym was 5 EUR for a day.

* Pool was closed, due to water shortage. Restaurant was also closed. * a Small 100 Liter water tank provided the hot water. After 2 short showers the water was cold for the rest. * We had a screaming child in the adjacent apartment, and you can hear them very well, so rooms are not well sound proofed.

We booked a two bed room apartment on the 2nd floor. The balcony size and view were amazing, although a new phase of building was going up in front of our building as their level is lower, hopefully they will not block the panoramic view of the sea. On a clear day, we could see the atlas mountains in Morocco. The apartment size is very generous and well equipped. The reception desk were very helpful. Two pools with restaurant and bar plus a small shop/coffee shop were very useful and enough to cater for your immediate food and drink needs. A very quiet and relaxing environment.

There is no 24 reception desk, we left our keys one evening and there was no way we could access our apartment because the reception desk closes at 9 pm. We were lucky that our friends were staying at the same location, otherwise I really don't know what we could have done! Spare keys perhaps need to be left with the security guard.

This is a lovely resort. Beautiful views over the mountains. Friendly staff..modern spacious apartments. It was all super relaxed 😎

There is a drained area near the pool that requires attention or at least signage saying why the area is not in use. The commercial units near reception don't appear to have business in them yet.

The apartment was super spacious, very clean and had all the amenities we could need. The Urbanization was lovely, very clean, facilities great. The cafe food was delicious and the pools were great. The staff were so very helpful with anything we needed.

There is building work going on below the lower pool, overall it was not too noisy. The walk to town was quite far and taxis were hard to get in peak time.
