I loved this hotel and its close proximity to Tokyo. Check-in was easy and the lobby staff were great. The room was huge, this was my final stop after a 10 week journey so it was nice to go through my luggage. I loved the bed and the bathroom was like a Japanese spa-kinda. It's a wet bath with a tub. They had a T.V. in the bathroom so you could relax and watch a movie. The layout of the room was very nice. I may not recommend this room to older people because the room had several levels and it may be a tripping hazard-but I was fine with it. They had snacks available most of the day. They had a variety of Sake and beer selections which were available all day. I enjoyed the town and there were plenty of nice places to eat. I did have breakfast and wished they would have given you a bit more. It was a set meal which included miso soup and some fresh tasty rice cakes. I enjoyed my stay a great deal and the breakfast was not a big issue for me. The also had some nice amenities in the lobby and on my floor. Thank you to everyone.

The design is impeccable. It looks very upscale but has a cozy feeling to it and the style is distinctively Japanese but modern. I LOVE how roomy the shower space is and the giant jacuzzi has a TV!! Even the hairdryer is nice!!! I didn’t have the chance to enjoy the free sake bar but it is so cool! The location is freaking amazing, less than 10 min walking from the main Kawasaki Station & JR Station so you get access to everything.

My room doesn’t have many outlets so at some point I had to use the kettle in the bathroom.

Beautiful private design, with traditional Japanese decoration in the lobby I truly thought I was staying in an art museum. All inclusive tea, coffee, beer, and sake (being my personal favorite) included, along with a complimentary breakfast of onigiri and miso soup, extremely friendly and helpful staff, stayed only a night due to a layover but more then worth it, included traditional Japanese pajama set was a nice touch truly everything you need besides your own personal cloths, truly a flight above any ordinary hotel.

I’m big on windows and not having one was really only an issue for me and not my partner, that being said of course we were walking around the beautiful city all day and taking photos not sitting inside.

The staff were extremely friendly, always cheerful, nothing was too much. My room was relatively clean As a first timer to Japan, it was great to be able to taste the different sake styles. The afternoon snacks were welcome

The room had no window and was quite dark and airless if the aircon was not on. I'm not a big fan of aircon all night. Due to the way the lights were placed the vanity mirror was impossible to use for putting on makeup

The room is styled in a traditional Japanese way right down to kimono and pyjamas supplied and futon style bed. Very friendly and helpful staff. We enjoyed use of the complimentary Sake bar and snacks which also helped make for an authentic start to our first night in Japan along with Japanese style breakfast in the morning. The hotel is very conveniently located a short walk from the station.

There was nothing we didn't like.

The most admirable respectable staff (Tiger) instantly made us feel welcome. We were offered food and drinks upon our arrival, including all you want of various sakes, food and snacks. The room was huge clean comfortable, just amazing. My wife said it was her favorite place to stay in Japan. Out of 4 places. We had so comfortable pajamas. We felt so welcome and hope to return someday.

Everything was likable.

Incredible experience being able to enjoy different kinds of sake that pair perfectly with the provided „oden“. The room was spacious and clean, and the jacuzzi was a nice touch. Friendly staff. Great value for money.

Not having a window may be tricky if you’re still getting over your jet lag.

Everything was exceptional! The staff were so kind and amazing. The room was outstanding. I wish all my hotels were of this quality for my month of travel in Japan. Thank you

I wish I could have stayed longer! It would be nice if you had other locations. I would definitely seek them out to stay in.

Nice downstairs, snacks and unlimited beer available. Nice bathroom with jacuzzi

My friend came to pick me up and waited in the lobby. The staff treated him suspiciously and coldly and would not allow him to have a beer while I went up to the room to change.
