Got the deluxe with lake view, and just like last time, it did not disappoint. Super comfy bed and pillows, cable TV, mini bar, the whole nine yards. We loved it. Comfort and cleanliness score is a 10 out of 10. Would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to others, and we hope to return again some day. Good job, well done!

The water heater in the bathroom could use a bit of love and attention - unless it's cranked up all the way to the hottest setting, the water remains only lukewarm, if at all. Not complaining, just an observation.

We stayed here for one night after a flight to Trat before going to Ko Chang. The hotel was super helpful in organizing a taxi for us from and to the airport even though I forgot to do it ahead of time. The breakfast is nice. You choose from a few options that are available, but they have a whole cafe with many additional options. The hotel premises are nice, right by the lake, and the hotel offers free bicycles to explore the surroundings. For dinner, there is a cute outdoor restaurant about 2 minutes walk away to the left of the hotel.

The room was a bit small but fine for one night. We had the room by the pool, and the shower and toilet were practically on top of each other, so everything got wet when showering.

Lovely little place. We stayed one night enroute to Koh Chang Island. The restaurant that you walk to on the bridge was the best Thai food I had. There is no grab app so you have to rely on the hotel to book your taxi but they do it, no problem. great place to have breakfast.

Excellent accommodation spotlessly clean comfortable bed and great view from the window of the lake. The restaurant is very very good. We would stay again, and enjoyed our stay.

Lovely little oasis by the lake away from the main town . Nice pool. Nice breakfast included although it was served cold. Free bicycles so we could cycle around the lake. Friendly staff.

Food prices in the cafe are a bit expensive for what you got, but there was not much else open walking distance during the day.

It's a small family property, with a nice little garden, swings, a coffee place, and a pool. The coffee was very good. The air con worked well.

The breakfast menu was a bit limited. You had the choice between 4 different plates, all salty, and should indicate your choice the day before. The shower is from another century, but it worked well for us.

Everything about this place is exceptional! We have booked again for the end of our trip as we loved it so much! It’s immaculate the beds our nice the people are great the food and coffee is fab! There’s bikes you can use plus a little night market selling really lovely food a short walk away

Very clean and modern place, beautiful view of lake from room. Nice pool and really good restaurant and cafe. Bikes were in great condition to use in evening and go all around the lake.

Stairs up to high rooms would be difficult for older people, but plenty rooms on ground level to choose from

We always stay here when in Trat, in the deluxe double with good view across the lake. There are many restaurants and bars nearby and the lakeside walkway is a bonus in the cooler evenings.

Wifi is slow

Beautiful room with huge windows and high ceiling overlooking the reservoir, very clean and bright. Bed is quite comfortable. Neat bathroom. Good WiFi connection. Smooth check-in, staff are friendly. Very nice to stroll around the reservoir, calm and peaceful, and able to catch a beautiful sunset. It has a well decorated cafe, with many types of food and drinks available, but it close quite early at 7pm. Walking distance to a place called Street Food Market. There's a seafood restaurant nearby but I think it's no longer in operation. Otherwise it's about 3 minute's drive to the town center.

Metal chairs at the balcony already turn rusty. There's a small window at the side of the balcony, actually it belongs to another room. If the trees in front of the house could be trimmed further, the view from the room would be perfect.
