The staff are all very polite and helpful, very attentive. The food at the restaurant was delicious and served rapidly. The onsite spa was very accommodating also.

The room I was in, although clean, is a little outdated, the shower came with instructions for use (3 knobs to get it going the way I wanted). The couch could have done with a deep cleaning.

The grounds are very well maintained. Lots of lounging areas outside. The pool and hot tub was great. Lots of recliners around the pool. Our room was large and comfortable.

The room would be cleaner without carpet. Parking should be included with the room cost as it was $20 plus tax per day.

The staff at the hotel is very attentive and they are engaged in all the interactions I had and you feel that they are there to please. Bravo well done that's hard to do these days especially when it's consistent from one person to another or from one department to another. Location of the hotel is ideal to travel around Qc city. All public areas are very comfortable. Very nice to have the option of wines by the glass self service but it was the same wine on all 3 whites and same for red....the idea behind doing this is for the guest to try different wines not to go back for the same that took my wow away.

Room 248 was once a nice room! it is very tired and the beds are quite uncomfortable. I got a suite to treat my self and my daughter, that was disappointing. That room is not up to par with the rest of the hotel experience.

Fantastic customer service from Nicolas, Mathias, Antoine, and Bob covering the night shift who helped check us out in time to make our 6AM flight. When our room was cleaned on our last day, it was left spotless. Shower pressure feels great after a long day walking. The jacuzzi open year round is such a plus, it’s a great size! The 24hr gym is also very well-equipped and maintained.

Unfortunately in our room, when we first entered, we found someone’s clothes in the closet and empty 7-Up bottle behind the bedside table. Far from Old Quebec City, but convenient to take 807 bus from and easy to get to airport! We would have used robes if they were provided for use to the pool and sauna.

Well appointed rooms that were large and clean. The shower was incredible- massage and rain shower. The whole hotel was well managed and well looked after. It was very nice to have a room in the urbania section with the extra touches of the lounge area and breakfast options. The grounds were pretty and bigger than we’d expected. The pool was good - there was a lifeguard and plenty of towels. It got busy as it’s summer but was very quiet after 5pm which worked for us as we spent the day in the city. Very pleasant and friendly staff who were helpful. We ate breakfast and had an evening meal in the restaurant and the food was fresh and delicious. A relaxing stay in an excellent hotel.

When we arrived, the toilet in our room was plugged with toilet paper, and the flush handle was stuck. We informed the front desk staff and they called maintenance and had it cared for. However, we were not offered a change of room, and had to wait to use our room and bathroom after a long day of driving.

The furniture is a little bit old. The parking fee is a rip-off, they hand you over the parking card when you arrive and don’t mention that it’s 20$ per day, during checkout they tell you and they charge you. A full day parking in the city of Quebec would cost you 17$. I shouldn’t be paying parking if i’m paying 400$ per night

The Hotel was very nice, It's a lot of facilities. The Front Desk Staff were amazing & all of them were very helpful. I can't remember all names but I do remember Mehdy, Emillie, Sophie & Joanna. They offered us a Free Room Upgrade at Check In which we highly appreciated. The Rooms were very clean & had a lot of options. We also liked the Pool, the Hot Tub & the Restaurant were we had daily breakfast.

The Information provided on Booking Site about the Urbania Suite 2 Lits wasn't accurate as it showed it can only accommodate a max of 4 Persons instead of 5 !! This led us to reserve an additional room for 2 nights to accommodate my family ( 5 persons ) before we fix that with the Hotel Staff. The Hotel needs to provide a facility map for the guests since it's quite big & it wasn't clear how to reach places like the GYM. The Hotel has a lot security. Doors require a different access card from the Parking than that used for the floors & rooms. We also didn't like that the Bathroom Doors in the Urbania Suite didn't have a proper lock. Finally, considering that the Hotel is quite far from the old city, I think it should offer the Parking for free.

Nespresso Pods and the white company toiletries were great. Pool and big hot tub were lovely. Customer service and valet parking included in parking fee very good. Dinner was excellent.

Under and behind the bed was a bit dusty. Could have provided more coffee pods. Failure to refill the toiletries one morning. Fridge was empty.

Grounds are beautiful. Check in area is gorgeous. The sitting room with the fireplace is cozy. The service was amazing

The parking spots for wheelchairs would be better at the entrance. The side walks from the parking were not accessible with a wheelchair because of the built up ice and snow. Access to the jacuzzi was not accessible for mobility reduced people. The hotel could be more accessible overall.
