The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast in the morning was well maintained with a dedicated staff member to keep food items available. Rooms are decent sizes, and beds are comfortable.

Parking can be limited at times. There are some renovations going on, and equipment takes up quite a bit of parking space. Also, the primanti brothers restaurant is right next door, and parking from there can overlap. They have two elevators, but only one works. I've stayed here two times this month, and the elevator has not been fixed/repaired.

My wife and I stayed here for a family visit. The hotel was clean and well maintained. We loved the indoor pool and hot tub. The breakfast in the morning was good with a variety of egg dishes, potatoes, and sausage. Belgian waffle. It's pretty much a typical continental breakfast. The hotel was going thru an upgrade to the rooms. But we never heard any noise from the work. Everything was new in the rooms, and ours was spacious. We loved the Primanti Brothers restaurant right next to the hotel. Nice place to grab a bite. The lobby was clean, and the staff was friendly. We will definitely stay here again.

Parking on the weekend can be difficult with a full hotel and the restaurant next door, but during the week not bad. So, it's not too bad. The main downside would be the bathroom size. It's small if you have a family of four or more. But it was clean and newly remodeled. So that was a plus. It was just my wife and I, and you really can't have more than one person getting ready in the bathroom. The beds were ok - a little hard. We have sleep on better beds. Overall, it was fine.

Easy check in and front desk people were informative. Breakfast was good and nice to be able to get coffee anytime. Pool was good but just a little cool. Room was good size fir us and they accommodated us to get a room close to pool due to my husband being disabled. Parking for handicapped right out front of our room was nice.

Bed needed new mattress and fitted sheet did not fit bed. Dog off lead out front of hotel. I had my two dogs a long both Yorkies and I had them on leads all the time. Something to tell people have dogs on leash. When.you took a shower the water still came out spout and shower head at same time.

Everyone on we have had any contact with was GREAT. THE OWNERS ARE ALWAYS ON THE PREMISES. THEY ARE ALWAYS CHECKING 9N PEOPLE MAKUNG SURE WE DIDNT NEED ANYTHING. THERE WAS A FIRE ALARM THAT WENT OFF AROUND 430AM AND I AM IN TOTAL AMAZMENT. The way the handled the situation was amazing. The food could be a little better than what ot is. But they are going to doing a lot of upgrades including the food. This will always be one of our favorites. We had a situation on our stay. We booked for 3 days and the day we checked out, we had t9 book againg do to family issues. I really wish you could have gotten the extended stay rate but in stead we paid 98. I wish they would have considered that for us. But if I was to rate the 0 out of 10 it would be a hard 9

There's really nothing we didn't like. Everything asked for or needed they went 9ver and beyond

I was expecting our beds to be made when we left for the day we got back. There were fresh towels, which was nice, but if there was something we needed to do to make the beds, we were not informed as a matter of fact, the person who checked us in was not very friendly And really didn’t speak much wasn’t very helpful when I asked her about putting our rooms together the day we left the gentleman at the desk was very friendly and smiled.

have not been let down yet. Comfortable, clean, convenient. Last time I stayed, bus loads of teenagers, and I was shocked that I didn't hear them, they didn't bother me at all. It was a busy lobby, but the hotel did a great job of placing them and the rooms were very quiet. Love the large rooms and the delicious breakfast

Parking is about the only inconvenience in the evening. But that is understandable since they do have construction going on.

Breakfast was decent and diverse in variety. Eggs were mediocre, but with the waffle-maker, yogurt, muffins, sausages, etc. we were able to construct a meal we liked. Staff went above and beyond for our early check-in. Our suite was calming, clean, and cozy. The king bed mattress was of perfect firmness. Overall, with a 15% off sale, it was a fantastic deal. I would stay here again.

We had to request an extra sheet for the sofa bed that was not particularly comfortable. Our room was far from the elevator (needed for a parent). AC was a little funky (room seemed either too cold or too hot) and its noise was LOUD when it kicked in.

The associates at the front desk working at all times during our visit were excellent, including the manager, Karim. Any time we had a question, someone was available to assist us and satisfied our asks with providing us with what we were looking for. The area was clean and the breakfast had a good variety of food, which was fresh and available even after 9am. The hot beverages being available 24 hours was a great addition as it allowed us to be able to get something to drink without having to leave the hotel for something like a coffee, tea, or hot chocolate. Overall a great experience and will definitely look forward to coming back after the renovations have taken place

The washroom was a bit small and the toilet shook. The water would also sometimes become cold for a few seconds before going back to normal

Convenient location, room had a good layout, pool and hot tub were clean and well kept, bathrooms nice, breakfast was great with salsa even available for the eggs! I wrote ahead to ask for linens for the sofa bed to be available in the room and they were right there when we got to our room, excellent service.

Longer wait for the elevators, but stairs are available on either end of the hallways so it's really not a big deal

Location was the key to family during the holiday season. Shopping oppotunties were awesome. Food and gas were close by as well

The television in the room had poor reception - kept losing connection and was blurry. Would like to have had a smart tv where we could have logged into our own accounts for channels like Netflix or Hulu. Breakfast bar was not replenished within the time frame that was slated. Staff stopped short both days by at least 15-20 mintues
