The greeting (Mr Anthony Pinn) gave me was amazing..and up lifting..and accommodated all of my needs...I GIVE HIM ⭐⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐

Place would have been perfect but I think it's time to exterminate I kill bug in bathroom and several n window curtain and seal ...I left them so u can see ..maybe window seal needs repair they getting in from tree...that only thing made my sleep nervous hope n non was n my bed...but all of all I give hotel a score of 9

Nice updated room with large shower. Friendly evening counter representative Quiet and comfortable bed.

The morning representative was. A bit cold as I inquired about breakfast. Breakfast was a hard boiled egg I couldn’t heat up in anything and no utensils to eat it with, and a miniature muffin I couldn’t eat because it had blueberries in it. Coffee maker was a bit confusing with no directions. Someone finally told me how to work it. Had trouble with my keys opening the door on the first or second try. No coffee or maker in the room. Many of the stations on the tv for programs I would watch were not available when clicked on.

There was dirt in every corner of the room. The bed was extremely comfortable but I tripped on electrical cable and capped off wires every day beside the bed. Tried to push the cable under the ac unit but was unable to. There was only one cup and one set of towels in the room. We had to go out to desk to ask for those items plus a blanket since there was no blanket on the bed. Breakfast consisted of a granola bar ar 0800. Everything else was all gone.

Liked cost. Staff very friendly and helpful. Room clean.

Only 1 elevator working. Had to ask for a TV remote and hair dryer, none in room. Had to get box of kitchenware, not in room. Didn't make it to breakfast but only grab bag anyway. Expected more. Luckily brought something I could eat for breakfast. Guess I'll read info better next time.

Lack of breakfast/to go breakfast, would’ve liked a breakfast bar, finger food for breakfast wasn’t helpful when visiting many family members in between driving

The property was nice and professional looking. The room we stayed in was nice and for us very well as a large family. We got there a little earlier than expected and they accommodated us so that we could go ahead and check in.

They seemed to be remodeling so there was a faint smell in the hallways but other than that nothing else.

The room was well set up as a suite and very comfortable. The couch had a few stains on it but otherwise room was very clean. The bed was very comfortable. Small kitchen area with a sink, microwave and fridge was very handy.

The breakfast was very disappointing and certainly not what we expected. Pre packaged hard boiled eggs, yogurt, instant oatmeal, cereal bars, coffee and tea was all that was offered. The setting was perfect for a proper continental breakfast as most other hotels offer.

There was no breakfast this morning. Anthony was so very welcoming. I wanted to see him when I left everyone that came from Cleveland Ohio, just loved him. More ppl should be like Anthony…. EVERYTHING WAS GREAT!

Was told that there was a breakfast in the morning. Only thing was a coffee machine, which ran out out of coffee, and when asked about breakfast, the morning staff brought out about 6-8 muffins and sport bars. Very disappointed about this

Very easy to get to. For the most part, very clean. the staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. I found this hotel excellent for only paying $62 for the night! I will definitely stay again!

There was a wash cloth that didn’t appear to be clean. No biggie, since everything was immaculate. We just didn’t use it. The big negative was the continental breakfast. Nutigrain bars, yogurt and coffee was all that was offered.
