my flight in cleveland was cancelled, and i needed a place to catch a few hours of sleep after i booked an early morning flight out of pittsburgh. room was comfortable and clean, and managed to get some sleep and a shower after a long day of delays at the airport and driving from erie to cleveland to pittsburgh in a storm! the lady who was at the desk when i arrived was super nice and helpful.

check-in was a little precarious since the lady at the desk that night is legally blind, and the hotel had recently changed and complicated their program for checking people in, but luckily the manager could check me in from home after she called him for help.

Staff was welcoming and friendly (except the young lady who worked the night shift who was non-communicative. I initially thought she was a guest but then figured she worked there). Also, staff was sympathetic to our emergency situation.

I think the hotel could use some stairs.

Cobblestone was very quiet and clean! The area that it is located is also quiet. My room was facing the front side (police and fire across the street). The bed was definitely softer than what I'm used to, but it was certainly comfortable. Staff was courteous and explained everything they had to offer upon arriving, such a breakfast, the bar, and the little snack store. I would absolutely stay here again!

All the staff we encountered were very nice.

Beds are way too soft. Felt like you sank into the bed. The perfume smell was awful and it felt damp and humid. Got back Saturday and had to go down to front desk for towels because housekeeping didn't do anything in our room.

Breakfast was poorly done, and fruit was over ripe or spoiled. Access to the front desk to register was ridiculous. (Doors were locked to front Access all day) once checked in and had a key, all was well. There is no elevator to the second floor.

The rooms were clean and comfortable, there was a decent selection for breakfast, check in was quick and easy, staff were friendly and polite, and the price was very reasonable. Overall, we had a great stay and would not hesitate to stay at this hotel again; it exceeded my expectations.

Nothing major, only minor things. For example, the room was hot when we first arrived, but once we turned on the a/c, it quickly cooled down.

The staff is always so nice and accomodating and the hotel is always very clean. Breakfast is perfect and we love that there is always coffee and tea avilable 24/7.

Everything was great, no dislikes!

Breakfast buffet was pretty good but not spectacular. Property was clean and well managed. Bedding and linens were fine and room was fairly quiet.

Unfortunately, high humidity made even air-conditioned room feel damp (carpet felt like it had just been shampooed). Also didn't expect lack of elevator for getting to 2nd floor. We were able to manage on the stairs, but others might find it challenging.

Very clean with a friendly staff. Surrounding area, grounds and parking lot were clean. Very comfortable with a great breakfast. Large coffee cups with optional flavors, tasty biscuits and gravy, eggs were pretty good too. Quiet and secure.

Very small town with limited restaurants etc.

That they don't make your beds when you're gone or stay several days. And garbage cans are way too small.
