When I arrived to check in the receptionist, Madeline, was very warm and friendly as well as professional. The restaurant staff was accommodating with my takeout order, and the food was very good. The shuttle service was great to and from Pittsburgh Airport.

There was no hot water for the shower in the morning. I told the a.m. receptionist, and she just said that they had a service maintenance person working on it. No apology and she did not look at me when checking me out and seemed preoccupied.

Cleanliness and convenient location to the airport. And the Christmas decorations were wonderful and very tastefully done. Large, spacious, clean rooms.

It offered shuttle transportation to and from the airport…but there isn’t always a driver to provide pickup at the airport on your return flight. So we had to get a taxi back to the hotel on our return flight and a lot of the taxi’s and Uber’s in the Pittsburgh area are very undesirable to say the least. But, the hotel was very considerate in reimbursement for the taxi ride back to the hotel if you produced a receipt. And the cost of the food and drink in the bar/restaurant was too expensive for what it was. But the bartender/waitress was very nice and courteous.

I liked that they let the kids have fun n the pool without saying they were too loud. I also like that they had breakfast and a bar kinda expensive, but just happy they had it! Also it was a beautiful sunset right out the room window.

I didn’t like we could seat n the lobby and talk.

Staff was friendly, room was clean, beds were comfortable.

We weren’t aware until we arrived for breakfast that there was a separate charge of $16 per person for breakfast. We ate elsewhere because, for that price, we could CHOOSE what we wanted to eat.

Hotel is conveniently located near airport and shops. No noise from airport. Staff was helpful. Breakfast buffet was good!

Cleaning staff was a bit anxious to start cleaning the room between 9-10, thinking I had checked out and left the "do not disturb" sign out by mistake. They were just trying to do their job. Could benefit from better coordination between front desk and cleaning staff.

Madeleine at the front desk was SUPERB. Professional, friendly, helpful.

Shuttle bus from PIT Airport to Hotel. Not direct. We had to pick up others at FedEx. Nobody coming off an international flight wants any time added to the day.

The breakfast was excellent. In fact the staff in the morning was great as he immediately issued the breakfast voucher.

The staff at check in was not good. She never talked about the amenities that are in the hotel. I requested a toothpaste and she mentioned that I have to come down to get it. I don;t expect that from hilton.

The staff were very nice and accommodating , The shuttle service was super convenient as well as the Parking during travel was a great deal.

The was no roll away options even tho the listing was online that they were available. Heat didn't work, they did come asap to fix but then it was super hot and wouldn't adjust.

Even though my stay was short I didn't get a chance to use the wifi or get breakfast I was very satisfied with the service and well recommended this hotel to anyone needing a hotels room near the airport

I wasn't there long enough to not like anything

Surprisingly quiet considering it's close to the airport. Room seemed recently remodeled. Nice shower. Comfy bed and pillows. Air conditioner was not obnoxiously loud. Plenty of lighting. Nice large flat screen TV. Refrigerator had plenty of space for a few groceries. The free coffee in the lobby was actually good coffee. Front desk workers were friendly.

Only criticism is that the plastic grate on the AC unit was busted. Other than that, very nice room.
