The facility is excellent: squeaky-clean, quiet, and attractive rooms; friendly staff; and a great complimentary breakfast with ample seating. We chose the hotel because it offered transportation to and from the airport, and that worked seamlessly. It is about 1/2 hour from Pittsburgh center, but it's worth the commute.

Older hotel, staff were wonderful. Breakfast was good, the gentleman taking care of the Buffett kept the area spotless, always asking the customers if they needed any thing. Great customer service

Older hotel in need of upgrades, no fan in the bathroom, room had a musty smell, ceiling was peeling, sheets didn’t fit properly on the bed

The location was great. It's very close to my Son's school Robert Morris University. It's not far from Downtown Pittsburgh. It's close to food places and stores. It's conveniently very close to Pittsburgh Airport.

The hotel needs an upgrade. I stay at a lot of hotels and this one by far is the most outdated of them all. I think this hotel would be great if they renovated it. Other than that it's fine.

It was quiet and the staff was pretty nice. Breakfast was simple but good. It was clean for the most part.

The carpet seem to have a odd smell in my room. But other than that it was good. Also the entrance needs some cosmetic work but that wasn't a big deal.

Staff was helpful and able to meet our special needs for accessiblity and early check in.

Pool was closed and we were looking forward to using it. No one from housekeeping came in during our stay, which was appreciated the first day but not the second. Having the closet in the bathroom was odd.

They serve a full breakfast, and keep it stocked the entire time. The rooms are very tasteful. Staff was over-the-top friendly! Kudos to them!!

Its a mite bit costly and the rooms are on the smaller side, but they are so well done and tasteful that it doesn't matter

The hotel was conveniently located near the airport with complimentary shuttle service to airport. Beds were comfy, bathroom lovely with nice toiletries. Breakfast was AWESOME, probably the best I’ve had in quite some time!

Easy to find, clean. Ashley checked me in and was great, gave dinner recommendations when asked. Breakfast was great! It was super busy with kids playing in a hockey tournament but staff kept the food stocked, even towards the end of serving time. Not a continental but a full hot breakfast!!!! Yum!

Beds were slightly uncomfortable, not horrible just older you could tell Low shower pressure

I love the location and that they offered hotel shuttle for me to be able to take with having an early flight allowing my parents to sleep in while I took shuttle.

Nothing it was amazing accommodation during my time in Pittsburgh
