The room was really clean and the staff were very accommodating and friendly. They have a shuttle to and from the airport, which is super convenient! They had a buffet breakfast for the morning, which had pretty good variety. The WiFi was good and I was able to work from my room easily.

I had a great trip with no complaints! I had seen some other critical reviews before booking, which made me nervous. I will admit that it might not the poshest of places, but as a single woman traveling alone, I was totally comfortable here and would happily recommend it.

The person who was working the front desk (didn't catch her name) was extremely nice; immediately asked us about the need for a shuttle to the airport the following morning and added us to the list; there are a couple of restaurants within the same block; there's always fresh drinking water in the lobby; breakfast starts at 4am, so one can have a quick bite for a 6:30 am flight.

It was not clear to us whether we had to explicitly request the shuttle service from the airport to the hotel or if it is regularly scheduled; breakfast plates/cutlery was all disposable.

Check in was easy and front desk lady was very friendly and helpful. Bed was large, comfortable, and clean. USB and extra plugs were great. Really liked the dove soap bottles. The complimentary shuttle was great.

Shower was dirty and smelled. At breakfast a staff member was intently watching everyone with a really ugly look on his face - really rude guy. Facilities were a little rundown (hallways, elevator, vending machines), but the room was good. Wish some water bottles were provided even if they are just little ones.

Very good for the price. The hotel is little outdated but that's irrelevant Loved that we could take a shuttle to the airport however, the shuttle was 10 minutes late and it had to stop at another hotel for pick up so keep that in mind when choosing your pick up time. The breakfast serves from 4am. Very basic breakfast in my opinion, i only had a waffle, the eggs and sausage did not look appealing. There were plenty of restaurants close by for dinner the prior night. Overall it's a okay hotel for the one night.

The property was easy to find and the staff was very friendly. Our room was nice and we noted how comfy the bed was! We also enjoyed breakfast the next morning. There was a good amount of food options and the gentleman who appeared to be in charge of breakfast was making sure everything was refilled and the tables were clean.

I think our room could’ve been a bit cleaner. The corners of the bathroom seemed to collect dirt, and the shower floor could’ve used a good bleaching. The main thing we noticed was that the sink didn’t drain, and the shower faucet dripped; both of which were kind of annoying.

My stay was very pleasant. The property was clean, well maintained, and conveniently located close to Pittsburgh Airport with free shuttle service, which was on time. The complimentary breakfast was as described, and the staff was very helpful. I was especially impressed by Shawntay, the lovely young lady who checked me in when I arrived. Shawntay was very friendly and helpful, and has the greatest personality!

I couldn't find anything wrong with this La Quinta property.

Very nice ! The balcony is great to get a bit of fresh air and check out the view with all the interesting architecture. The beds were comfy, the room, furnishings and bathroom especially clean and modern.

There were no options for lighting, either full bright or black/dark. For those traveling with another person or 2, if you get up all are awakened. Anyone who get up in the night to use restroom, the light blasts onto the beds. The door opening the other way or a night light would make a world of difference.

The Location was within 10 to 20 minutes of where we needed to be each day. Also, we were surrounded by numerous eating establishments . Even a Walmart was within 5 minutes away. Continental breakfast had a great selection. WAFFLES WERE AMAZING!! CHILDREN WERE HAPPY!

The fact that we had issues with the toilet and bathtub, which was resolved PROMPTLY, we had a great stay

Nice comfy bed with plenty of pillows! Friendly front desk staff. Ev charging stations were nice. Airport shuttle and early 4am breakfast for travelers, although we didn't utilize these.

Shower kept running bath water even when switching to shower head, resulting in 1-2 inches of water in the shower. Our room was near the lobby and elevator... lots of noise and disruptions until at least 1am. Could use more parking. Very crowded on Saturday night.

Property was nice. The people were nice. They told me that I booked two rooms. Which I didn’t. I then contacted booking. Com. Talked to the first person He was not able to give me an answer. Then we were disconnected. I called right back. Next person told me to go to Walmart and get a booking cancellation card and buy it for $300.00. I thought it was a scam so I didn’t do it
