This place is not glamorous but it was neat, clean, and spacious. The beds were comfortable. Staff was nice. It was close to the airport and more than reasonably priced. Budget lodgings are sometimes sketchy but this was a welcome surprise. .

Not sure this is the hotel's fault but the GPS says the destination is here and it stops you about 1000 feet from the hotel which is hidden behind the quality inn which they have some sort of affiliation. I had to call the hotel to get directions. You need to turn into the quality inn parking lot and go behind it. The ice machine did not work and we had to go to the quality inn to get ice. These were only minor inconveniences. Would definitely stay again.

Okay so first of all, it's called Economy Inn because you're paying for Economy Level accommodations. Our room was clean, the staff was very polite. I've seen complaints about there not being an attendant at the desk. There is a phone outside their sliding window that allows you to call them and make them aware they have a guest (I assume they don't get super busy on a regular basis). I did not feel unsafe at this hotel. It is easy to get to, on and off the highway.

The one negative thing I must mention is parking. There isn't even close to enough parking spots to accommodate the # of cars each guest group has. Which is why I only gave them a 4 star for location We happened to stay here on a Satruday night and we told the office building across the street is closed on Sundays, that no one would bother our car parking there. I've seen other complaints about the cleanliness, staff, etc. I didn't experience any of these issues. It suited our needs for a simple after-event nights sleep.

In reference to the above mentioned question, I liked some of the following. My room was well maintained, there was a microwave in my room, there was a fridge in my room, the TV and remote were operating, there were laundry facilities and snack machines, the room had self controlled heat/air, I received a wake up call as per my request, the paid wi-fi was operating, and most important; The vendor who usually assist me with purchasing many of my biz trips, was honored/accepted in full at this hotel!

In reference to the above mentioned question, I did not like that hot breakfast was not offered at this hotel. I also did not like that housekeeping did not clean my room (per night), offer clean towels, make the bed, etc.. It is (very rare) for housekeeping to not tidy a room each night that a guest stays in their hotel. I actually had to request a new set of towels for my second nights stay.

Despite the rather drab exterior, the motel has perfectly remodeled rooms. Staff were friendly, and checkin was smooth. Wi-Fi and TV worked well.

There was a lack of clarity regarding the shuttle to the hotel. On booking.com, the hotel was listed as listing shuttle service to the airport. I was not expecting a $10 charge as well as a detour to the shuttle's headquarters (thus contradicting the "shuttle" terminology).

This is the 2nd time we've stayed at this hotel. It is exceptionally clean! Staff is pleasant and helpful.

The only thing that could have been better is we did not see an elevator. That could've been our fault or maybe there just isn't one. We were on the 2nd floor and that was a little difficult since I pack alot and my suitcase was heavy. LOL We may just not have seen it.

We got this place to crash for a few hours before an early flight, so we were only there for about 7 hours. It was close to the airport, restaurants and met our needs. I would stay here again before an early flight or to crash after a late flight.

As I said, we only got this room to crash before an early flight. I would have appreciated a coffee pot in the room, but it wasn't a big deal.

It’s a budget hotel so no frills but it was in a safe area with business buildings around and some other hotels. It was clean (just nitpicking- but the phone in room should be updated- dirty and old). Looked as pictured. Be aware- there is hand soap and a hair dryer in bathroom, but no shampoo, conditioner, or lotion (bring your own). The woman at reception was so helpful and even went to a nearby hotel and got some for me - my arrival was late and I had to be at the airport at 4am so that sweet deed really made my night.

it could use a little updating - starting with lobby and reception. as reception is first thing you see - make a better impression visually.

I didn't even know there was breakfast included. The front desk clerk wasn't very personable. It was a very quiet hotel, which is always a good thing. There was plenty of parking.

It was extremely hard to find this hotel because it was situated behind another hotel. I didn't go in with high expectations. This is definitely an economy hotel. I wouldn't book this for a romantic get away. The bed was extremely hard, but clean. The whole room was very clean, except for some of the light switches that looked a but dirty.

Never did see an employee of the Economy Inn. Arrived around 10 pm. No one was at desk in lobby. Called number provided for assistance. No one answered. After about 20 minutes calling and looking around saw a room key card through sliding window and some paper work. It was ours so we checked ourselves in. Odd.

Our room/bathroom was very clean. The mattress appeared to be in like new condition.The sheets and comforter was very clean, appeared like new condition. TV/remote worked great. We needed an inexpensive room after the Pirates game and this was great. The airport is close but I never heard any planes. All was quiet. It may not look like much from the outside but our room was great. Would definitely stay at again.
