I liked that it was near the airport. It was clean, the staff were friendly, there were restaurant options nearby. Room was very quiet and cool, lots of space.

I booked a room with breakfast included, but I had to remind the check-in person that I had included the breakfast. She did not mention it. Music in the lobby and patio area was very loud. The hotel stands in a sea of asphalt... to call it a "Garden Inn" is laughable, Very little greenery. The shuttle bus to/from the hotel was very shabby. Mildew in the shower.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean, bed was very comfortable. I had a great night sleep! I liked the brightness of the lobby and the music playing. Easy to relax. They offered a free shuttle that I took to the airport. They offer breakfast but I had to leave before that was served. They have complimentary coffee, tea or hot chocolate. There is also a restaurant on site.

Nothing to dislike, this was a perfect stay!

This is all it needs to be...a very comfortable and convenient airport hotel. The decor is lovely, the bed was comfortable, the gym was adequate, and the breakfast was passable.

This isn't cheap. $190 (with tax) for a simple overnight near the airport was A LOT. But the only other options were the deep-budget hotels, and you never know about those places. I'm glad I stayed here, but my wallet felt a little bruised afterward.

Everyone on staff - from check-in to check-out - was very nice and accommodating, and the hotel met or exceeded the standards of cleanliness, customer service, and most amenities I've come to expect from a Hilton Garden Inn. It is a short, easy drive to Pittsburgh International, and there is a nice selection of eateries right next door. This is the first hotel I've stayed at (and I've traveled extensively) with true blackout curtains, which were much appreciated as I needed to go to bed early (before dark). It was the first time I didn't need chip clips to keep them shut (which I carry with me just for that).

Since I was taking my daughter to the airport at 5 a.m., I really needed that first cup of coffee. Thankfully, there are Keurigs in the rooms, but the coffee was not even decent gas station/convenience store quality. I tried the lobby coffee (which was fresh), and it was the same. I still drank both (quantity over quality that early was necessary), but I will remember to bring my own K-cups for my next stay. Coffee isn't a showstopper for me - I will be staying here again in a couple of weeks - but it's the little things.

Breakfast buffet had a good selection, staff in restaurant were extremely helpful.

After a long day travelling, we felt like we were an inconvenience to Vince who was on reception when we arrived. Not very welcoming, did not explain or give an overview of what was where! That said, breakfast staff more than made up for it!

The hotel is beautiful with lovely amenities. It is in an area with multiple restaurants within walking distance. The room was spacious and clean. The staff were all very pleasant and professional. We especially liked the young woman who checked us in and answered many questions about the airport shuttle etc in an honest manner…I wish I’d taken note of her name to give her a shoutout.

Nothing really…an included breakfast would be nice but the price of the wonderful breakfast I ordered was very reasonable.

The Room was comfortable and roomy.

Booking made a mistake with the reservation, and that I had to call 3 times to get it straightened out for my newly married niece and her husband, as they waited in a crowded entrance while others were trying to check in.

Bed was comfortable and all the bedding was luxurious...loved the pillows! Bathroom was delightful! Loved the pull shades on the window. Loved the wall thermostat! Liked the location and convenience of the Coffee/microwave/fridge area. The closet area was great with a nice big mirror and extra storage. We just LOVED the room!

The fact that breakfast was not included in the price of our room. :(

My stay was very short just overnight with a very early flight. Front desk Tammy was very kind and informative. Airport shuttle was very important. Shuttle service was excellent. My room was very lovely, very clean and comfortable. Bed was very comfy! I was extremely tired and so appreciative of your hospitality. Thank you.

Friendly staff. Super clean and updated rooms. Nice outdoor hang spot with a fire. Convenient store within walking distance. And snacks and drinks at the front desk. Would happily stay here again in the future!

Overall it was great place but if I had to complain about something it would be the price of beer lol but I still had a few 😅🍻
