They had a variety of breakfast foods and had basic hot eggs and sausage but tasty. Also, had a waffle maker and a variety of cereals, muffins, bagels, raisin cinnamon toast (very tasty) and yogurts. Also good coffee and other cold drinks like milk and OJ. Nice clean area to sit and eat breakfast.

I don't think this is the hotel's fault at all but the room we stayed in smelled like someone had previously smoked in it and they everything they could to get rid of the smell. They used freshener but there was residual smell of smoke. I hope they charged the people the fee for smoking in the room!

Shower pull in the bathroom was corroded and almost unusable.

The lady that was at the front desk tonight we were there was amazing! Connections and made us feel so comfortable We did not use them, but it was close to a lot of gas stations and restaurants

The property caters to a lot of working men. Many running around without a shirt and that big old belly should be covered. Non-smoking hotel that reeked of weed No Outside sitting area

Beds were very comfortable, place was clean

When asked at check in about when breakfast was offered, rather than telling me at that time, she told me that she would tell me in a minute (once the payment process was done). I found this a bit odd that she couldn’t just tell me and made me wait to answer a very simple question. Almost as if she had a routine that she couldn’t break. Actually I thought it rude.

Room was clean and comfortable. TV could have been a little bigger, but everything else was very good.

When my husband asked for forks because they were out the blonde haired lady behind her door copped an attitude. Instead of handing me two forks she made me stand there with my food getting cold and wait for her to fill the the fork container. Guess it wasn't her job and she surely didn't like it and personality definately showed it.

Joan at the front desk is a gem. We had a real quick stop over in Cranberry. We didn't expect the hotel to be great, but it exceeded all our expectations. The room was a little dated but well maintained. It's pretty much quiet except hearing a door close here or there. Sadly, I overslept and missed breakfast. We will be coming back. We have a few more trips planned in the summer and this will be where we stay.

The breakfast was very satisfying with many options including abundant sausage. The value was very good - we didn't miss daily cleaning service - we stayed 1 week. The room was well equipped with Keurig coffee pods, microwave, refrigerator, TV, wifi, and an quiet AC unit.

It was all good.

The bed and pillows were so comfortable. I liked the way the room was set up with a couch, coffee table, desk, dressers, fridge, microwave, and coffee maker

The check in staff wasn't super friendly. Not that she was rude, but she never made eye contact with me and did not smile at all during our interaction. Also, I was really looking forward to taking a bath, but the drain stopper was not working and I could not fill up the tub. Also, where the fixtures attached to the shower walls, like the spigot and towel holder were caked with gook and it was a little gross to see. The vent in the bathroom was also very dusty. I am a housekeeper, so I tend to really notice things like this.

I had a wonderful stay. We only stayed one night and had to leave early the next day so we didn’t get to perhaps enjoy it as much as we would have liked. The shower was much better than what I’m used to at hotels. It had a strong flow.

The only thing is that everything felt moist, like maybe it was humid and yet cold with the air conditioning.

The women who checked me inn, she kept insisting that my VA I.D. card had expired, VA I.I.D. Cards do not expire, and she was a little condescending!
