We had a very nice stay here- the hotel was clean and quiet. Check in and out was easy and the staff was super friendly and helpful. The location is great- only 10minutes from the airport, 20-30m from Pittsburgh, and 15-20min from The Pavilion at Star Lake. The beds and pillows were comfortable. My only complaint was that the bathroom does not have a fan. This is not a fancy hotel by any means but if you are looking for something clean, comfortable and quiet this is a great choice! We did not try the breakfast but I noticed they had a coffee bar for lattes etc. and I think that's a nice touch. Would definitely stay here again.

I like to finally getting to my bed after an all day travel misadventure. When I arrived at Pittsburgh airport, it was after midnight. There was only one Marriott tram trip left, and I took it. Regretfully, the tram was going to the main Marriott hotel at the airport rather than the Marriott Courtyard, which I booked through your agency. I am hopeful you will refund the amount I paid to book the reservation at the Marriott Courtyard because I had no choice but to take the only tram left and it took me where it took me. Please respond promptly to this request.

I arrived late, well after midnight, and the staff at the desk were understandably somewhat grumpy. I get it. They work for minimum wages, and the graveyard shift. I was very pleasant with them and was interested in expeditiously getting to my room and a bed after having been tossed around like a cork by American Airlines all day and all night. Even so, you never get a second chance to make a good first impression, my dad always taught me. A smile from a desk clerk at 1 AM goes along way to making one “at home” I am a long time member and feel important to pass this on although I would wish no recrimination to come on the desk clerks were on duty when I arrived. I totally sympathize with them.

There wasn't a breakfast offered with the stay. Other than the bistro which I thought was a bit pricey for breakfast food. But the room was nice, clean and very comfortable. Location was perfect for our stay

Lady that checked us in on arrival was very short with us and our questions. Was very huffy over simple questions about payment that she never really answered. I was surprised for a Marriott we didn't receive better hospitality checking in

We ended up being stuck because of the weather on Sunday 2/17. The woman at the front desk was amazing so helpful, and kind, and a special thank you to the shuttle driver (who was a big hockey fan as me and we had a quick chat) who was working very hard that night shuttling guests back and forth to the hotel he did an amazing job driving and getting us there safely.

The airport shuttle driver asked the Cafe employee to make us something to eat, even though it was closing time for the Cafe. She obliged, preparing delicious casadillas. Also, housekeeping gave us extra coffee pods on request and caught me at the door to give me my forgotten phone charger. Excellent, caring staff.

I found no deficiencies.

I booked the place thinking it was the other Marriott we stay at free transfer free parking no I was charged $42 for us to be away! The guy was like nope u gotta pay are u staying or what!! Well I had to I paid already was not happy! I never had to pay for parking I would have stayed at the airport then !

I went for my daughtes graduation and i liked the fact that it was very convient to the school. Shopping downtown Pittsburg and Shopping Malls. Also i loved that they put my entire family in the same area of the hotel.

Bathrooms could be updated a bit. Get rid of the bathtub and just have a walk in shower.

The lobby was nice and welcoming. The courtyard felt safe. The employees were friendly. The beds were comfortable.

I wish they included breakfast in the rate. The fire pit was broken and that was a disappointment.

Apparently, there was a hockey tournament in the area during my stay. There were noisy kids up and down the hallways most of the night and early morning. Bad timing on my end, i guess lol
