Everything about the room was absolutely wonderful. It has to be the nicest room I've ever stayed in. If I have to make another trip to Pittsburgh I'm definitely coming back. And the free breakfast was really good as well! Probably the best I've had from a hotel as well. I appreciated the little snack section they had in the lobby as well. It was nice to be able to get stuff there instead of making our way to a gas station or something. Overall I would absolutely recommend coming here. A fantastic place for a good price!

The hotel is located very close to local attractions... Ross Park Mall, Dave and Busters, etc. It is a short drive from Pittsburgh. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel itself was clean and welcoming. The room was very clean and comfortable. The free breakfast was very good. Overall, it was a wonderful experience.

The hotel permits guests to travel with their pets. I understand this is a service that many people appreciate. However, the guests in the room next to ours had a small dog that barked a good bit. I could not hear it inside our room... the walls must have muffled the sound... but anytime I stepped into the hallway, the dog sensed it and stood inside the door of their room barking. I think, if the hotel continues to allow that service to guests, it would be beneficial to place guests with pets in one area and those without in another.

The location of the Hotel is close to everything you need and easy to get to the City if you know how to navigate the local roads.

The breakfast staffs efforts were not the greatest, which may have been one dude with sandles for footwear at work and guests or someone parking in the right of way in front of the hotel. The breakfast was often empty of food, cereal, and empty orange juice dispenser. It didn't seem to matter the time, but definitely going 30 minutes before breakfast ends means you won't get any.

Since we were visiting Pittsburgh North for a week, appreciated having the full kitchen (with dishes and utensils, dish soap, paper towels, etc. but no pots/pans). Room was quiet, bed was comfortable. The exercise room and free laundry were a bonus. Downtown was an easy 20-30 minute drive in one direction; North Park/Hampton/Gibsonia/Hartwood about the same. Trader Joe's and a variety of restaurants within walking distance; Giant Eagle a few minutes away by car. Staff was very helpful and friendly. We had a discrepancy in our final bill and staff/manager were helpful and professional.

When we arrived, our kitchen area was sticky, with a serving dish (dirty) left in the dishwasher. Rest of suite was pretty clean. Would have been nice to have a table where two people could eat meals together--as it was, one of us sat at the sofa and ate at the coffee table, the other used the desk and chair. Lots of choices for breakfast, but not enough healthy items.

The bed was very comfortable and the suite was clean. I liked having the kitchenette. Loved the firepit.

I was told by local friends there had been a big renovation. I was just surprised, the room seemed kind of dated. We had just been at the Tulyp Tapestry in Michigan. There wasn’t anything bad about the stay, maybe I was just spoiled by the Tulyp.

Everything was lovely-clean, comfortable, and affordable. The young man at the front desk (ponytail) was so helpful; he was great!

The only complaint that I have, which is out of the establishment's control, is the noisy people in the hallway up to 3AM. They ruined what could have been a restful night of sleep.

Could improve cleanliness. The microwave plate in out room had dried sauce/melted cheese that hadn’t been washed.

Everything was perfect, so clean and perfect.I got engaged and they had a little gift bag and a card. So sweet of them. I will be coming back!

I loved everything.

I forgot how pleasantly surprised I was last time I stayed here; therefore, I was pleasantly surprised this time, as well! I really enjoyed my stay here. Very quiet, clean, comfortable and certainly a value for the price. I love that the laundry facilities are no charge, except for laundry soap. The pool was open and very busy. There is a Texas Roadhouse next-door which makes it a convenient walk for dinner. The location makes it very accessible to shopping and other restaurants as well. They have a nice seating area out front with outdoor furniture and fire.

There were several boxes of supplies near the pool facility and elevator. I don’t like seeing clutter when I go to a hotel. I feel it should be tucked away from guests view.

Remote, quiet location, but still easy access to highway and not far from downtown. Proximity to shopping and restaurants within walking distance. Breakfast area is pretty small, especially when the hotel is full, but food is varied and fresh, plenty of choices.

The business area computer was not working for the entire period we were there. I believe the note of apologies taped on the screen has been there for a while. Annoying...
