Quiet convenient location. Suite was spacious clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly. They had a nice little happy hour some evenings. We enjoyed this hotel and would return.

Breakfast was average. Great waffles but other hot items could be better. Also, I guess because of the hard surface floors, you can hear noise of footsteps and moving chairs from floor above. I wasn't too bothered by it, but definitely noticed it.

The building seemed updated, the room was clean and spacious, the staff was hospitable and kind, and the amenities were as expected for what I paid. I did not have time to experience them all, however having the option was nice.

The only uncomfortable thing was that the ac did not seem to work properly. The room was freezing, even after setting the thermostat to 86. I’d still book with this hotel again though.

The breakfast was excellent. Hot, well stocked, and great selections. The staff in charge of cleaning tables and keeping it stocked was very attentive.

Overall the room was good, but we did have issues with towel hook half off the wall, light bulb out and some receptacles did not work.

From start to finish, we were welcomed by friendly staff, a beautiful, clean room, and just above and beyond service. We will be back!

We have a baby, so I wasn't a fan of the sink/mirror being outside the bathroom but I know there's nothing that can be done about that. It was just hard to get ready without waking the baby.

This hotel was home away from home! My family and I stayed for 4 days and 3 nights, we enjoyed every bit of our stay. The hotel was clean, the pool area wasn’t crowded and the breakfast was better than most hotels(I loved the fact the hotel offered different options each day). The hotel is secluded but wasn’t far from shopping stores and restaurants(Cranberry Mall is less than 10 mins away). I have a place to stay when I come back to visit.

everything about the property, staff and accommodations meet our expectations . We were very pleased with the size of or suite, the kitchenette , bedding. great stay

On a negative note , there was one negative aspect to our stay and we do understand it was really no fault of the hotel. But something of the nature should no be able to happen. Due to state required maintenance/ inspection regulations , the elevator was shut down for two of the days we were there. The only other elevator broke down. This left the stairwells as the only way in an out . Unfortunate for sure . This made leaving with our luggage a real pain. I was wondering about elderly and disabled patrons.

The desk staff, especially, Carmen, Dwight in the kitchen and our housekeeper, Joevae, were concerned with making or stay wonderful. Everyone was courteous and polite and we even cancelled our stay in Philadelphia to stay extra days. We are sold on Staybridge and would definitely stay again

Not a thing

I liked the gated outdoor space, allowed my son to run around without me hovering. the kitchen supplies were unexpected but appreciated - if advertised i would have packed/meal prepped differently

a trash can had to be moved to the bathroom on day 1 (filled with 2 diaper blow outs) - it wasn't emptied when the rest of the suite was cleaned so that was annoying, the other trash cans got very full
