My room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. There were hot and cold diverse breakfast offerings. There were restaurants, a gas station, and a grocery store nearby. It was easy to travel around the area from this hotel.

My only complaint would be that there was no regular black tea available at breakfast, nor any cereal that wasn't sweet and sugary. I was there for a week and the lack of regular tea was strange, and though it could have been solved simply by going to the grocery store using petty cash, it wasn't.. Apparently, staff had to wait for the "order."

CLEAN! Room was large. Small bar in room. Lobby was updated...looked nice. Loved the upholstered chair and stool with light. Also having a Keurig in the room was great. The bathroom was large. Great shower...very large and modern. The closet had sliding doors and mirrors on the doors for dressing. Halls were clean. Would stay again.

The refrigerator was noisy. And the room on the 4th floor was on a road side which was quite noisy also. Not the fault of the hotel ...just the way it was situated by roads...a red light to be exact. But both of these complaints were only minor. Another issue was there was breakfast....was to be $6.95..according to the website...but when we got to the hotel...a sign said it was $14.95. We skipped it.

The staff were all very helpful and friendly, especially at breakfast. The room was big, the bed was comfortable, and the location was perfect for our needs. Even though breakfast wasn't included, it was a reasonable price. You can choose between full buffet or à la carte menu. We would definitely stay again when we come to visit family nearby.

The lady when I checked in was kind of cranky but she might have been having a bad day. The rest of the staff was amazing and super friendly. The breakfast was excellent.

My only complaint is that the pillows are not supportive at all.

Over all it was great. I had the pool to myself quite a bit, and that is really nice to have. My coffee make wasn’t working, so the front desk gave me a whole pot of hot coffee from the restaurant. That was really awesome and nice of them!

The only thing only I didn’t like, was that I was in a disable room. I didn’t have a bathtub. It was a walk in shower.

Everything was absolutely amazing! The room was beautiful and cozy! The staff and service was excellent and friendly! The breakfast was delicious! Made a perfect surprise get away for fiance's birthday! We was beyond pleased and will gladly be back and recommending this hotel to all friends and family! Thank you!

Honestly there is nothing to complain about was a elegant and clean enjoyable stay!

We did not eat breakfast there as there was a charge for it. It seems strange to me that the higher-end hotels charge for their breakfast, yet lower-end hotels provide it free as part of your room rate. Not very classy in my opinion.

I liked the property overall. It was clean and comfortable.

The older gentleman who was at the front desk, along with a trainee, was very condescending to the trainee and acting a little neurotic. The trainee was in a wheelchair and the older gentleman was moving back and forth between phones, taking the phone cord over the trainee's head and then asked the trainee to move. I felt bad for the trainee. The manager (?) was not acting with compassion and empathy toward the trainee. He was not being a good example to the young man who he was training.

Beautiful and well-maintained facility! Front desk staff were friendly and engaging. Especially kind and welcoming to my wife's service dog. Breakfast buffet was inviting and reasonably priced. Great location near major highway exit, but not a lot of traffic of congestion. Many services nearby, clean and modern.

This is a very clean, comfortable, well-run hotel in Cranberry, a nice suburb close to Pittsburgh. The front desk staff is super friendly and helpful. We appreciated the comfortable, quiet room where we enjoyed a much-needed good night's sleep while on a road trip. We also liked having lots of convenient dining choices near the hotel.
