The staff were excellent,room very clean will book again on next trip

Noisy fan in bathroom,nothing else

All was good except for what I mentioned below. I have stayed at this location before and will again. Need to give seniors a discount with the way the economy is. They are lucky to have money for a few days, if at all.

Needed a small refrigerator. There are always left overs on a vacation. Not to mention drinks, maybe need to keep baby items cool. Those small details really make a difference when visitor just arrives. I kept having to get my key redone because my door wouldn't open. Lighting could be better with USB ports to charge phones & so forth.

Room was clean and looked recently updated with comfy bed, nice bedding, new fixtures in bathroom and sink area. Nice to have a great, friendly and helpful staff the three days I was there.

The room, especially the bathroom could have been about a foot bigger in both directions as it was really, really cramped. Getting into the motel was great, but I had a difficult time figuring out how to get out of the complex and back out onto the street in the direction I needed to go. It was also too close to the highway, a lot of traffic noise. I could have used a non-rolling chair in the room for dressing. Bed was too high to comfortably sit on to dress and the chair rolled around. Also could have used info in the room telling me where the ice and vending machines were. Had to call the desk to find out. Also Office is not marked very well as you come off the street.

I like the location, staff is really nice. Prices are good.

The air conditioner was not working well. I also feel that if guests are staying g for more than one night, towels should be supplied to cover those days

The room was exceptionally clean. The bed was comfortable and it was a pleasant stay.

There needs to be a updated technology in the room. There were no places to plug in phones, computers. Everyone would have to bring their own charge adapters to plug in.

The front staff were very friendly . I was provided with a good restaurant for dinner called Cenci’s pizzeria and bar . The rooms were very clean and affordable, would return next time we come from Ontario for a Steelers game..

No issues

The room was larger than normal rooms, quiet despite being near interstate, allowed my dog to go with me for free. Very strong AC. Parking spot to room was about 10 feet, room door is outside and facing parking, my preference due to my handicap.

This one was my fault, I chose the larger room but didn't realize it wasn't also handicapped. It was still perfectly accessible though.

Bed was comfortable & clean. Priced right. Staff nice & pleasent, attentive even with multiple check in’s. Quiet.

Sometimes it took a few minutes for the key card to open the door.

Convenient and quiet. Handy to be able to park right outside of your room

Some good updates in the room but need to continue to make them to create a better space.

3rd or 4th time staying here. Not fancy but it has everything we needed.

The AC in our room was extremely noisy. We literally turned it off when we were going to bed.
