The facility was beautiful and clean. We loved the pool and enjoyed the balcony on our room which was overlooking the pool. The staff was so helpful and so kind and very friendly. The breakfast was amazing.

The only downfall we found was that the pool closed at 10 PM when maybe it could stay open later till like midnight maybe or at least 11 PM for like some adult time once maybe some of the younger people go to bed.

The property was terrific the lobby and bar were very nice. The rooms were great.

The people at the check in desk were not very friendly. It seemed as though I was disturbing them. Also the breakfast cost $19. When I booked the room it stated that breakfast was included.

Safe area & parking lot, friendly staff - staff also texted to see if we needed anything, warm cookies upon checkin, nice dining area w/ big menu or morning buffet.

Room was dusty, bathroom floor could have been cleaned more (hair), inside/outside pool (combined) could have used some cleaning as it looked like there was lots of stuff floating at the top of the water.

Great pool area. Great hardwood looking floors instead of carpets. Room and bathroom was bright and clean.

The mattress was low in the middle and had a high lip on the side if you will. It's pricey

I left a therapeutic pillow in the room, and I called a few hours after leaving the room and they told me that there was nothing, even though I was 100% sure that I had left it in the room.

We loved the balcony option, the large lobby where we could relax with family instead of on our beds, the bar availability, access to the mini market, and a jewelry store! The gentleman at the desk named "AJ" really added to the experience and property. He made it feel like The Ritz! If he isn't management, the hotel is missing something.

The only thing I can find is that when we checked in there were some dishes in the hall outside our room and they were there until the next day. I am picking here to find a negative

The beds were extremely comfortable. The rooms were clean and there was a lot of space. The breakfast was not only delicious, but there was so much to choose from. The staff was friendly and so helpful.

On site bar / restaurant. No carpet in rooms is great!

The room was so dark. We turned on every light in the room, and it was still too dark to get ready anywhere but the bathroom.

It’s a beautiful property and the rooms were spacious, comfortable and clean. We had an event in the ballroom and the food and service was excellent.

The cleanliness of the entire hotel was phenomenal. Even w/ all the extra rambunctious kids there, the staff were still very patient, friendly and helpful.
