Neville Island, was a nice place to stay. Our hotel room was quiet and comfortable. We had a great view of the river. There is not anything around the hotel, so that was nice. They are building a Sheetz, but we didn't have any construction noise. The outside patio was nice, and quiet. We even saw some fireworks from our room. The room, and common areas were clean. The staff didn't seem to mind my rowdy kids, (2 and 4) running all over the lobby, each time we came and went.

The pool was not like pictured, and was kind of dirty and gross. The breakfast was not exactly what I would have loved. My son wanted waffles and I don't think they served them any of the 4 mornings I was there. They had waffle makers, but no batter. I wish they had more room options. We reserved a King with sofa bed, however this is not even an available option. Booking and other companies continue to have this on their site, and they do not have sofa beds. Since we prepaid, we were given an option to have two queens instead. Not ideal, but it worked out.

The staff was very friendly. Check in and out was a simple and quick process. Hotel provided "goodie bags" with a snack and water at checkin! Hotel was located very close to our concert venue. Beds were comfy and clean. LOVED the shampoo, conditioner and body wash provided. Breakfast was tasty and lots of variety.

The pillows were not to my liking but I'm picky when it comes to pillows. Were too soft for me. A few things were left behind from the previous guests but nothing crazy. The pool was cold and was a bit rundown. The hottub was broken and boarded up.

On the day of arrival, we tried to check into the Fairfield inn in Neville Island. They did not receive the reservation we had ordered. It turned out that the confirmation email pointed us to Neville Island although our reservations were sent to a sister Fairfield in Robinson Township. The staff at Neville Island could not find our reservations and did not know the process to take care of the situation. They gave us reservations for the days that we had reserved and told us that would take care of the billing when we checked out. Unfortunately, when we did check out there was no manager to help us through this problem.

The staff was exceptional. Roxy checked us in and was very accommodating. Breakfast was also very good.

I booked a King Suite, but when I checked in, I was told I had only booked a regular King room. Roxy apologized and upgraded us to the suite. Luckily, there were a few left. I had taken a screenshot of my confirmation and showed it to her. I wanted her to see that there is clearly a communication issue somewhere between booking.com and the hotel. I would've been extremely disappointed if she would not have been able to upgrade us, as we had 3 adults traveling together.

I had to catch a bus for a tour I booked at 6:30 am and the terminal is only 3 miles from here. This hotel also has a beautiful pool that I have used in the past and is right on the beautiful Allegheny River with a patio and outdoor fire pit. It is also very quiet.

I was too tired to use the pool this time around, but I got in a good rest for the trip in the morning.

The staff works very hard to get food out & to keep the place very clean. It seems like they're caught off-guard on supplies when they have many guests.

It's a very nice hotel. The staff is always friendly. We have stayed here several times

The one and only issue was the coffee having only one container regular coffee. I went to get it several times and I never got to get any. Besides that everything was great

The front desk supervisor, Sasha Coffey was amazing. She helped with everything, and was kind, patient and professional. She definitely deserves a raise, promotion or both!!

The noise in the back of the hotel, where my room happened to be. Lots of truck, noises and nonsense.

We didn’t get in until after 2am due to a flight delay. I had called ahead and made the hotel aware. When we got there, the host was waiting for us and got us to our room quickly. As usual the room was clean and comfortable. Our stay was short but pleasant.

We weren’t crazy about the continental breakfast. The eggs were rubbery and the juice machine was not working.

I loved my complete stay @ Neville Island, I can't complain about my lodging. Staff is very warm and friendly, the location may seem far ,but its mere minutes from everything *10 minutes to be exact. The breakfast was Hot and Fresh, the dining area was very clean and was set for times were you didn't have to break your sleep to get up to have some food and coffee, the staff was available for everyone needs, visible and friendly.

The only thing that I didn't enjoy was the short staff. Due to being short staff my rooms were not clean to expectation, you could see clearly that the rooms were clean and wiped down but in my three rooms that i blocked we found articles of clothing left behind " I wouldn't want to take another woman's underwear home to my wife".
