The location was convenient. The staff was helpful and friendly. Marty was great. I enjoyed the fresh coffee in the lobby and a comfortable place to meet with family and friends. The restaurant food was very good. Plenty of free parking. Overall a pleasant atmosphere.

The phones never worked after the storm. I thought it was a bit mean to charge for a small amount of food when there was no electricity and water. I think we should have been offered some discount or compensation for all the inconvenience.

This property is MUCH farther away from the airport than stated on your website. Consequently it took us 3 times longer to get to the airport than expected or planned for. Big difference between 2 miles and 8 miles! It is practically adjacent to the old airport, but that doesn't help today. The rooms are very 1990's so there are ethernet ports but no USBs. The other down side is that there is nothing nearby besides some offices and the military base that took over the old airport terminal.

The location was perfect for our trip. The bartender 12/6 evening and the person who staffed the hospitality lounge the evening of 12/7 were awesome. The evening snacks were tasty and I was able to eat some of it (have to be gluten free). The cooked broccoli in the restaurant was the best I’ve ever had.

The front desk person who checked us in on 12/6 could have done a better job explaining that we were supposed to have breakfast in the hospitality suite and not in the downstairs restaurant. Maintenance request: fix toilet paper roll holder and take a look at the shower on/off knob. When I turned the water on it sounded like it was breaking.

Arrived near midnight, but staff was helpful, received room keys within minutes. Dropped my watch near the front deck and the lady kept the watch for me, very grateful but I forgot her name, it was the night of 11 July. I needed sewing kit and she got me one, again very grateful.

The guy on duty the 2nd night was not so helpful, wifi also didn't work

when I arrived for my reservation, I was told that my king size bed, which I had reserved, was not available. After mildly and politely complaining, a king bed was found for me. What I also found quite annoying was that the tv guide was outdated

Very pleasant, very clean, really tasty breakfast buffet. One of the more pleasant hotels near the airport.

The shuttle to the airport doesn't run during the late hours, so we had to take a taxi. Plus the hotel charges for parking during extended stays for air travelers. This particular hotel is a bit more costly than their local competitors.....It'd be an easier cost to swallow if the parking was gratis.

Room could have been better maintained. Slight musty odor and blinds were damaged. Could not roll them up or down. Really limited with towels. Should have asked for additional towels.

No place has a breakfast if you have an early flight. Coffee was available—- better than most places. Would be nice to have muffins or bagels for early travelers.

Afternoon shuttle needs to start earlier. 4 PM is too late.

Bed was super comfy! Room was very clean and everything I needed was there. Didn’t feel like driving any more after I arrived and restaurant had great service and food-only 1waitress but she was great!

Only one USB port in room and lamp on one side of bed was burned out

Restaurant had very good food and the service and staff were very friendly, and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. The Driver who picked me up at the airport was friendly and kind. We had a nice chat during the ride.
