It was simple and good for the price. We only stayed one night. The staff was very nice. We had a whole group who had separate rooms and the staff was very accommodating!

The only thing I didn't like was the location. I'm not from Pittsburgh, and the way to get to the hotel was crazy. You can't cut across the road; you have to go all the way around and back down to pull into the hotel. Other than that, it was great. If you're an anxious driver, I wouldn't recommend, but we made it work. It wasn't really that bad, but the road situation didn't make sense and was intense. (I'm not from a busy city like this.) There was plenty of parking, though! :)

We traveled from Philly to Pittsburgh for the Taylor Swift show last minute. I booked the hotel on the morning of Saturday 6/17 with no problems. We arrived early and they let us check in as soon as we got there. The hotel is newly renovated. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The bathrooms were very nice and clean. There was a small fridge that we were able to keep drinks and snacks in. Plenty of storage to hang our clothes, plenty of drawers. They also have snacks in the lobby and a microwave if needed. We were able to get to the stadium very easily. I felt safe being there with just me and my two children. Plenty of parking directly outside of the hotel.

The only thing I would say was a negative was the internet service. They had several open wifi networks and you can connect to and while our phones did connect, we still were not able to access the internet. But for us, we did not spend a ton of time in the hotel room anyway but it did make trying to get an uber a tad bit difficult (we did try disconnecting from wifi completely, but the service inside of the hotel still was not great) BUT do not let this deter you! We ended up using my phones hot spot to connect to my kids devices to get service.

It was clean. The room was comfortable.

We had a noisy neighbor on our last night. I wish there had been coffee available; otherwise it was great.

We were traveling with our two large breed dogs to see Frank Loyd Wright’s Falling Water. Being able to leave the dogs in the room watching TV in the cold air conditioning while we explored was really nice. The room was clean, bed was comfortable, nice hot shower, and smart TV.

There is no breakfast. But the location worked for me. I was comfortable for the most part

The shower wasn't hot enough. The fridge was freezing my food and drinks. The room wasn't warm enough. It would have been nice to have a coffee pot and a microwave in the room.

The privacy. Heavy police presence. Good spot but wild environment (locals). Management was very professional and attentive.

Internet was trash.

Clean rooms. Comfortable. Quiet

A little difficult to get to. Close to downtown but the road it’s on is just weird to navigate.

We didn't eat breakfast but it was a very clean room and a great location.

Only thing I seen that could be better is blankets on the bed instead of sheets to cover with and have little bottles of soap for showers for guests.

no free breakfast , Dog barking hard to sleep . I didn’t like having to ask for towels. when you did being made to go up and get soiled ones before they give new ones . Better toiletries one shampoo and a small bar of soap .
