After a long cruise ending in Barcelona and before our flight home, my husband and I wanted to spend some time near Barcelona but not in the city itself. We chose this hotel and we were very happy for the following reasons: 1) the staff was truly amazing 2) it was a very safe area with many restaurants within walking distance 3) the apartment was fantastic with a mini kitchen, a dining room table, a sitting area, a comfortable bed, a TV with many channels, a good bathroom with a shower and a pleasant balcony with furniture 4) there are two pools; one outdoor and one indoor which was inviting with warm water and sunken water-beds 5) there is a restaurant on site with delicious food; at one point wanting to eat in, the food was delivered from the restaurant directly to us 6) the price was very good for the value 7) the WI-FI was free and worked very well 8) public transportation is readily available near the hotel 9) the beach is very close by 10) we were on the third floor so we had a great view and there was an elevator to reach it.

I would only say that some of the furniture was a tiny bit old; maybe because we were in the older part of the complex as the property is divided by a street but nothing major and this would not stop us from going back!

Very nicely decorated/ furnished apartment. Perfect for a beach holiday. If you don’t have a car like me, supermarkets are 20/ 30 minutes walk away and there are a few local beachside places to eat but lots more if you explore a little further away. The terrace was wonderful. Sunbeds that got sun from 8am-7pm, and table chairs and umbrella so I ate a lot of my meals outside. The apartment is described as “beachfront”- it’s actually across the road but just a few meters away. But still a perfect location.

No oven. Just a hob and a microwave and I was keen to do more cooking. The terrace floor could do with a good mopping, my feet got really dirty if I went outside barefoot. The apartment was spotless to please apply this to the outside area.

This was a last min find, and my word didn’t we do well. We arrived at midnight but reception were warm and welcoming and even gave us a room upgrade for no extra cost, the room was stunning, super clean, modern and the shower was the most powerful rain shower I’ve ever come across 10/10, the bed was super comfortable and supportive, had a great nights sleep every night, we just had a normal room with kitchen, but they do room on the roof with your own hot tub and they even had 5 swim up rooms, the pool area was super clean and tidy, pool was crystal clear water. You have one plastic key card that is for everything, entrance to the hotel grounds is through a locked security door (makes you feel super safe) the car park electric gate and your room, all the same card. We didn’t eat in the hotel but the menu looked good. The location of the hotel is excellent, it’s literally a 5 min slow walk from the miles and miles of sandy beach. Talking of the beach, super clean, we watched them clean it every morning with special tractors (very impressed) The hotel is about a 10 min walk from the hustle and bustle of the main strip with all the pubs, clubs and restaurants. The hotel was super quiet at night, didn’t hear anything. This is a gem of a find and we can’t wait to come back.

The location is fabulous as it is right on top of the beach. There are restaurants and bars nearby. The pools are beautiful. We particularly enjoyed the covered pool with spas. It is so clean and well presented. The breakfast was good and the staff were very friendly, helpful and very polite. We will be going back. There was a fridge in the room withrea/coffee making facilities.

Having only had 3 nights, we left wanting more. The bar shuts early, so if you want a nightcap, you have to buy a bottle from the reception, not the end of the world, but it is nice to relax before bed.

Great location from the airport, 15 minutes by cab.Very peaceful and quiet with great beaches and restaurants. A good bus and train option to get to Barcelona city's attractions.

Everything- the staff, really easy going and helpful, location perfect with bus L95 catchable just two streets behind that takes you into castellfedels town, train station and Barcelona. Also Spanish uber app called Cabify is useful. Right on the beach, the beach is straight across the road, pool is beautiful with many bars and restaurants. View from the hotel room of the mountains is stunning. We have re booked for the same time again next year.

Nothing at all, the only thing we couldn’t find was a cash point or a supermarket I think you have to go to Castelldefels for both (I may be wrong but we couldn’t find it)

Stay was great. I would’ve liked to have more of a variety for food options since I got the breakfast and dinner package inclusive. It was the same menu for the whole week. I’ve stayed in other resorts around the world and usually there’s a different menu every night. If I had known that from the beginning, I would not have opted to do the breakfast and dinner package. Had a slight problem at the spa, but the manager corrected the problem immediately. Staff is very attentive and I love that I had an early morning check out and they packed a to go breakfast for my daughter and I. Staff was very friendly.

the swimming in door facily was perfect in may .even during some rain hours you could swim and use jacuzzi indoor. massage was an extra body relaxing hour paid additional.to the facility.

the programe booking .com does not specifying the building type and number where I bought my room. the hotel have two different sepert buildings . and a major four road line sepert each other. if you need to transfer to use the facilities of spa from my first building you should cross the road with the swimming cloth. the facilities were all well arrange and staff were trained very well. nothing to be reported.

Overall the rooms are nice. I prefer the rooms than the appartments. I have been in both. The pool was nice and its water warm. Overal nice exept some holes in the constuction. The Whirlpool was however cold. WE have been in winter. The people at the reception and the bar were nice and friendly. The hotel is at the beach and has a nice parking indoor.

The fact that they wanted to sell us slippers for the roo for 2.- Euro / Slipper. This should be standard in a 4* hotel. The fact that there were no towels in the Pool. The breakfast is served in winter in a tent.

I think this is an amazing place. The suite was large for Europe. Very clean. It has a large comfortable bed, a good size bathroom with shower , a kitchenette with all you need. The view is spectacular, and the hotel is actually located across the street from the beach. I don’t think it can get better than that in Castelldefels. The breakfast was very fulfilling and I think you can’t find anything to complain about. Besides the buffet you can also get an omelette or fried eggs at no extra cost. The restaurant is clean has a very nice patio and service is great. About service I can only say A+++. Everybody was so nice, so helpful. I can easily say that all the staff we met, went above and beyond to make our stay as pleasant as possible. And they succeeded every time. We are grateful.
