I love the room cos it is spacious , comfy bed , good reception of Netflix and YouTube and the wifi is functioning well. The water dispenser is the most treasured facility and it is placed so near to the rooms.

The smell of the toilet is 🤮 , I just can figure out why it occurred when the cleanliness is so taken care of. But after staying for a nite , the smell went away. I guess they shud provide hair dryer in the room , my room is one of the biggest room with fridge n safety box so I guess a hair dryer shud not be a matter.

Open, public n free parking area with ample space. Got elevator, 24hrs receptionist. Room clean. Good size bathroom. Android TV (bring your own netflix account). got water dispenser outside my room.

Wifi not stable even the tv also got lagging. I stay for 2 night n on my 2nd night no room service, no more free drinking water bottle n no clean fresh towel :-( Had to used my last night towel. Location a bit far from F&B but Grab Food n Panda always available to compensate.

The staffs are very friendly and helpful. They helped me to carry my things to our room as they saw us travelling with baby and a child with many things.

There are still couple of things to improve. They should have kettle in every room. Besides that, we found a pair of used fake eyelashes still sticking on the bed heads.

New hotel, quite clean.

Lift was not working. Had to climb to 2nd floor. Bedsheets were very itchy. Maybe it's not cleaned or something, or maybe it was the bed dust mite causing it. There was an illegal motorbike racing going on outside the hotel, from 3 to 4am in the morning, could sleep due to high noise.

The staff was accommodating to our needs.

The toilet has a strong smell, and I couldn't connect to the WiFi despite the modem located right outside the room on the 3rd floor.
