I had a wonderful weekend at this hotel! The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the whole place was impressively clean. The team didn’t rush us during checkout, which made for a relaxed departure. They even set up a bonfire for us upon request, which was a nice personal touch. The food was delicious, and the quiet ambiance was just what we needed to unwind.

The only downside was that the pool wasn’t functional at the time of our stay, which was a bit disappointing since I was looking forward to a swim. However, I understand they’re working on it, so it’s likely just a temporary issue.

The cottage was cozy and comfortable, the pool area was refreshing and the whole property had a nice atmosphere.

Everything met my satisfaction but the internet wasn’t reliable.

I liked everything. Outside the chaotic city centre, the rooms are clean, the staff really friendly and the food is amazing.

Unfortunately, I could not get my money back even after canceling (with a month previous to my arrival) an extra room I had booked. I known that this is the rule, but many times tourists when booking they do mistakes, and considering I had cancelled a month before, I expected I was going to have my money back. I really enjoyed the place and I do recommend for others, but don't do this mistake. One thing I learned, I will never book again accomodations that to not allow free cancelation and refunding all the money.

1. The tea didn't have enough milk 2. The rooms don't have a hot water jug & coffee/ Tea leaves sachets and sugar for a cup of beverage at night

I loved everything about Dovenest.Firstly ,the customer service is top notch.Special thanks to Lilian,Lucy and Jackson .The staff are very kind. Secondly,the place is clean. Thirdly it's quiet and the environment is generally calm. Lastly the breakfast especially the mini pancakes was awesome. Keep it up.

A great place, staff very good and at your service. We enjoyed our stay. For sure, any other day, we need a weekend gateway Dovenest Lodge will be in the list for consideration. 👍

I really love staying here, staff was so friendly, great food, I love the bonfire, it's a nice place to stay.

The standard rooms are smaller than they look in the pictures, they need to update pictures, i had to change to a deluxe room because the standard was small for my preference

The architecture was amazing, unique and family friendly, The staff was amazing, friendly and ready to help.

The beds were not very comfortable due to the separation of mattresses. The t.v wasn't working

The people were all amazing, from the reception, the kitchen, and even room attendants.

The mattresses can be better.
