I normally love all Aloft hotels. The way the rooms are set up, the staff, room service. This time not so much. The beds are very very comfortable. I've stayed at this same location before and loved it.

No room service menue. I was told I needed to come downstairs and take a picture of it. That kind of defeats the purpose of room service. I felt the lady who brought it up to me was being put out. The bathroom was not clean. There was black stuff all over the mirror. On the day of checkout, there was no hot water. When I brought to the guy at the desk attention, he said it was a known issue and it was being worked on. They should have notified the guest of the problem.

I recently stayed in the Ultra Savvy Suite Corner, featuring 2 Queen beds and a Sofa Bed, and I was thoroughly impressed. The room was extremely spacious, providing ample comfort during my stay. The view of the city was beautiful, and being located in the heart of the city gave me easy access to everything. Overall, a fantastic experience—I will definitely be staying here again.

The quality of the food was disappointing, especially considering the high price paid for our meal. It felt like it fell short of expectations and could have been far more enjoyable.

The hotel is located in a central location just a minute away from Sundance Square. Inside it's clean, modern and has friendly staff at the front desk. The room was large and felt spacious.

I found the light panels in the room a little annoying. You couldn't control them all from the bed like in other hotels. I think the rooms could also benefit from a voile curtain on the windows as rooms face on to another building across the street. The only way to combat this is to close the blackout blinds which isn't ideal. Just minor things.

When I got service, the food was good. It did not take long from order to delivery, which was nice. The self-service coffee bar was well-stocked and the coffee was above average.

This area / service was confusing. At times there were signs about "Crew dining only," which to me meant if you aren't crew, you should go eat somewhere else. Service was spotty when I did eat - one day they took my order at the table; the next day they looked at me several times, never came over, and I finally walked to a nearby restaurant instead.

The staff made this stay an absolute pleasure. Of all places we've ever traveled, Aloft Fort Worth Downtown has the best staff, and we travel a lot. Every single staff member during all shifts, from Valet service, front desk, breakfast and bar, cleaning service, were excellent, very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. They really take pride in their jobs to assure great customer service.

My only complaint free water cup dispenser, it's nearly impossible to get just one. Unfortunately a lot of wasted cups. But that is extremely minor. Again, best hotel experience we've ever had.

Great location, just a few steps from Sundance Square

Property was good. We were on the 13th floor, which is the highest floor in the hotel. The fire alarm went off twice during our stay and the staff didn’t even know it was happening. Turns out that engineers were working on the alarm in the offices above the hotel and were testing it. It sounded for about 10 minutes each time and the reception staff just kind of shrugged and said “I don’t know”. The place could have burned down without them realising.

Location was great. Room was sufficient.

Valet check-in was horrible. There’s not enough places to park for the valet or enough signage to say where to park for the valet. This is a big deal for someone who is not from a big city and it’s not used to all the traffic. In reference to our room, did not like being put next to the elevators where all the drunk people came up and made crap ton of noise at all hours of the night. And the pillows were way too soft.

The front desk clerk, DeAnthony was very pleasant and knowledgeable about my accommodations, the area and even made restaurant suggestions which were amazing. He also was very helpful in providing an early check-in. He is an asset to the Aloft family and should be commended👏

Upon leaving, my 80 year old mother fell in the elevator because the door didn't allow her to exit in a longer time period. It closed on her which caused her to fall. I suggest that this matter be addressed immediately to prevent further injuries.

It was a good location. We got a corner room and it had so many windows which was awesome. The pool was nice. The two sides to the room with separate TVs was awesome. Would definitely stay here again. The breakfast was made fresh no buffet so no danger of them running out of food like other hotels.

I wish the elevator system was explained a little better. The digital elevator was confusing for us and almost every guest we ran into. Wish there’d been a hot tub. The coupon for breakfast was only good for 4 people,but we had a family of 5. The breakfast was delicious though.

The staff were attentive and very helpful. Great location! Just a couple blocks from everything. The room we stayed in was a massive corner suite with a gorgeous view to boot. Breakfast was large and tasted amazing. A great value as well! Live music downstairs with a beautiful bar, pool table, and lounge area. The pool was great. I could go on and on. There's one gentleman who went above and beyond for us. I don't recall his name, unfortunately. He works at night there on the weekend. He definitely deserves a shout-out. 👏 👏👏 Second stay at this location, and I'll be back again.

Maybe more communication before I arrived. Special requests that I made that were never done nor were they discussed with me. It was fine though. We had plenty of anything we needed.
