Room was clean, spacious and didn't smell stale. Staff was friendly and breakfast had a variety of stuff. Would stay here again! Nice location with plenty of restaurants and stores.

The gaps under the doors were oddly huge and noise was a bit of an issue. The lock was also a little funny but overall the hotel felt safe. I'd bring a pillow next time since the pillows get flat easily. Parking was a bit tough considering the small shared lot vs amount of guest that were there.

Front desk staff was amazing. Room was very modern and very clean. Very nice that soap, shampoo etc. was all provided. Breakfast was very nice.

Too many bed covers. Large think comforter was bulky, hard to adjust and way too warm. Toilet was very short. Hard for a 50 something with bad knees to use. Breakfast staff was not very nice. Kept stepping in front of guests when they were trying to get their food. Plates were very small - too small for regular sized waffle. When my son put his syrup on, it ran down the grooves in the waffle and off all four sides of the plate.

Indoor and outdoor pools

Breakfast. Needed more options of healthy food. Had lots of sweet choices. No vegetarian options offered. In Hurst on business, but staying over an extra day for personal reasons. When we checking in, we notified clerk we would need our stay to be split and invoiced with the business trip separate from our last night there. We were told to just ask at checkout. The young woman at checkout said that was absolutely impossible and showed no further interest in us. We asked if it could be done another way and were bluntly told no, again with no interest in resolving the problem. We’ll try another hotel next time.

we love the 24 hour pool. the staff was nice, room was clean and good size. bigger than I expected. I also liked how quick and easy check in and out was. no hidden fees or extra costs.

THE PILLOWS! sorry to use all capps but the pillows look fluffy but instantly flatten out when you lay on them and by flatten I mean flat and we put the 2 pillows together still flat. you guys need new pillows for sure.

I am very satisfied with Hampton Inn. I had to check in due to unfavorable circumstances. It was below freezing weather and I had no water at my house due to the water freezing. I could not shower. I could not do dishes. I could not go to the bathroom. The weather made my life very uncomfortable. Hampton Inn is right around the corner from my house, so it's close and I could go home and check on my dogs. Also, I was very pleased to find out that Hampton Inn has washer and dryer access to the customers. I was able to bring my scrubs to the hotel and get them washed so I had fresh scrubs to wear to work. Hampton Inn had a very nice hot breakfast with several choices. The staff was friendly and accommodating. I appreciate it. The fact that the shampoo and conditioner was phosphate-free and sulfate free parafan-free. That may seem like a really small detail, but it really isn't. That detail shows me that Hampton Inn does pay attention to the customer's needs. My overall stay at Hampton Inn was a very positive experience. I am grateful!

Police station across the street. Multiple convenient stores and restaurants in area. Have stayed next door before and I finally had the chance to stay at Hampton Inn. Soccer tournament my team participated in was literally 1/2 mile away. Very nice area and very nice comfy hotel.

Not much room to swim in the indoor pool. Although there was lots of people cause of soccer tournament so it was understandable.

Very clean and comfortable room. Checked in very late (3:30 am) and Malik made it easy and smooth. Breakfast was wonderful and the grounds were safe and well maintained. Also, the 24 hour pool was a major bonus.

The pool area needs to be sprayed to prevent and deter the large cockroaches hanging out in the drains. Bugs are to be expected in such a humid environment however, I feel majority could be prevented.

The night desk person working on 04/14/2025 going out of his way to get me a cup of milk when I arrived back at the hotel around 1115pm. He was stocking drinks and I asked for a carton of milk and he said there were none available, but he get me some from the kitchen.

The bed is not comfortable. But the comforter is fantastic. Just the bed made sleep a bit uncomfortable. Great place . I used the gym everyday, so anything you add to the gym is great too

My room was clean and quiet. The staff was friendly and professional. I received great service and prompt replies to my requests. I was able to relax because I felt comfortable here.

The building’s wifi was being upgraded, so naturally there was some noise. There was also work being done outside, but it was necessary maintenance, so I wasn’t really bothered by it. It was nice to see that the building’s upkeep was a priority.
