This hotel is so convenient in its central location for my needs. The rooms are clean and the free breakfast is a real bonus. Also the pub which is next door is perfect for a relaxing drink and dinner….Dont need to walk far for any food..

I have been coming to this hotel for many years and the hotel and rooms, bathrooms, are looking very dated. Also I find the cost of the room inflated for what you get…

The breakfast was varied and was excellent. The all-day coffee availability was unexpected - and the coffee was of high quality. I particularly liked the attention to detail and helpfulness of the front desk staff, which was uniformly excellent.

Only the plastic utensils for breakfast, but I realize the need for practicality in choosing the dishes and the cutlery.

The staff were welcoming, the building was under Reno’s but it wasn’t noisey or dirty (they hid it well) and the pool was awesome

The location I was unfamiliar with but it seemed central to everything we needed and not too far from the rest.

The facilities were good, the staff was nice, the room was clean.

Breakfast hours are too early, the should be extended to 11:00 am as visitors tend to sleep in and miss out on the breakfast portion. There should be an option for a cheaper rate if you do not partake in the breakfast portion of your stay.

Kids absolutely loved the pool and slide, breakfast was good. Room was spacious, bed was comfortable. Staff was pretty good.

Location is good and reception staff are excellent. Breakfast was good and have many choices mostly waffles was good taste which my daughter like it.

Washroom exhaust fan seems not really good as what we observed because of more foggy and wet whole room after used. Garbage bins has no plastic for hygiene purposes. Swimming pool was good but we are looking for the changing room after swimming. We were soaking wet and dripping waters from swimming pool while walking in the carpet going to our room. My suggestion is to have changing room in the pool again for the proper hygiene and carpeted floor not getting wet to avoid bad smell.

Loved the pool with waterside, kids were in it everyday. Breakfast was super, lots of variety and constantly replenished. The kids also liked the "suite shop" where they could buy candy, chips, pop etc every kids dream!

Breakfast options were limited. Almost same menu for all 10 days of my stay. Could improve on that.

Accommodated early check in. Roberta at the front desk had her hands full but dealt with each client with professionalism and a smile.

Getting to the parking lot is a little tricky.

Comfortable rooms and bed

Complimentary breakfast just prepackaged precooked items. Coffee is horrible!! Having to go thru gym to access pool is terrible, barely accessible and all the dirt tracked into pool was gross.
