We loved the location with the amazing views from both the main pool area and our honeymoon suite room. We love the minimalistic look of the hotel and the calm nature. If you’re wanting a relaxing hotel with no distractions then this is the place for you. We originally stayed in the elegant suite with the jacuzzi however when we got to our room, I instantly wanted to upgrade to a bigger suite with the private pool. The staff were super attentive and offered us a reasonable upgrade for a bigger suite and transferred our luggage from one suite to another. Anything we needed, it was arranged via WhatsApp and that’s one thing we really liked. The spa was beautiful, the gym facilities were super handy, and the steam room was super steamy, the only con from the spa was the jacuzzi which wasn’t the best, however overall having the added services of being able to use the steam room, gym etc was great. This hotel is breathtaking though, with amazing views from every angle of the hotel. It’s located up in the hills, but noticing how people treck their luggage to hotels in Oia, the service at our hotel was just amazing. On arrival, you have staff to take your luggage, you’re greeted with a coffee and they also let us check in at 10.30am instead of the usual time of 3pm. The breakfast was lovely, basic but just what you need in the morning. We ordered eggs or omelette every morning, the cheese platter, granola bowls and fruit platters. The iced latte was lovely and the freshly squeezed OJ was super nice. The staff were so so lovely. Anything we needed they provided, the cleaner thoroughly cleaned our room everyday, and always asked us if we needed anything. We recommend renting a buggy or a quad during your stay to explore the island with the hotel being more up in the mountains, it’s good to explore but we would recommend the location as it’s more chilled in the area and overlooks Santorini which is beautiful. Overall, we rate our experience 10/10.

There wasn’t anything we didn’t like. If we were to critique these are things we’d suggest to improve: - The spa could have a whirlpool instead since there’s so many pools here already. - The jacuzzi wasn’t really a jacuzzi it was just a pool in a cave. - The spa could have a sauna. - The facilities overall could be better however if your wanting a quiet stay and a super relaxed environment then this is perfect for you. - If you do want entertainment and things to do, you have to venture out.

The property was amazing and such an exceptional staff which greeted us when we pulled up. Even the 2 ladies in the Soa stayed late to show us around. Loved them both.

We’ve just completed a week stay here & wow…. The staff on reception to the restaurant staff re filling your water were all superb. You feel welcome from the minute you step into the resort. The facilities are spectacular, the restaurant offers some of the best food I’ve ever tasted. Would recommend everybody to stay here at least once. You need to experience this! This is a very small part of the island with a little town within walking distance with a few nice local restaurant and bars. We hired a car and managed to get around the whole island in 35 minutes.

Absolutely almost everything. Honestly, one of the best service I ever had, they are with you on WhatsApp 24/7 and very very very kind staff (special thanks to Thomas). Also, every time we went out they arranged the taxis for us through WhatsApp even coming back late and recommended, made booking for us in places/activities. Already recommended this hotel to my family and friends. Breakfast was amazing (not a buffet). It is worth to note that, it is considered to be a quite peaceful hotel in a quite neighborhood which is recommend for relaxing and a luxury experience. The crowded areas are 10 to 20 minute away by car. The hotel is more suitable for adults as it has no activities for kids and teens.

Its not close to oia, fira and downtowns (10 to 20 minutes away by car) but for us we preferred that as the neighborhood close by which is pygros (few minutes walk) is nice and quieter. Pool is cold and hot tub wasn't warm enough. Variety of options in the room service food menu as it is mostly Asian fusion (we didn't mind as we could eat out or order through delivery app "Wolt")

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at North Santorini, this hotel is exceptional. The staff are so very friendly, kind and helpful. I enjoyed speaking with all of them from reception to the restaurant staff, the spa manager and the cleaners. They were very accommodating and took great care of me. The rooms are comfortable and clean, the hot tub was huge and cozy. The view is incredible overlooking other towns. Breakfast was very filling and healthy. Even when I had checked out I was still able to store my luggage safely and enjoy some amenities I had missed. The hotel helped me organise a vehicle to travel the island as well as a transfer to the hotel from the airport. This was a seamless stay that had my other friends visiting on the island in awe of its stunning scenery and gorgeous design. Thank you for having me, the best decision I made for Santorini was booking you!

My stay was perfect.

From the moment we arrived at North Santorini, the service was genuinely some of the best I’ve ever experienced. A special shout-out goes to Thomas at reception, who greeted us with the warmest welcome and continued to go above and beyond throughout our entire stay. Whether it was helping with our luggage, offering recommendations, or sorting out anything we needed, Thomas made us feel completely taken care of. His attentiveness and kindness really stood out and set the tone for our whole trip. The breakfast each morning was a real highlight. Not only was everything fresh and delicious, but we could order as much as we liked from the menu—perfect for starting the day right. The staff were again fantastic, catering thoughtfully to all dietary requirements. The spa facilities were absolutely top-notch. The atmosphere was incredibly relaxing, and the massage treatments we received were truly on another level—honestly, some of the best we've ever had. Overall, this was an unforgettable experience. The entire team at North Santorini made our stay so special, and their attention to detail and passion for hospitality really shows. We’re already looking forward to our next visit. We loved everything!!

Wow wow wow. Following our wedding on the Friday, we checked into North Santorini on the Saturday and we were AMAZED. This is absolutely a honeymoon hotel. We stayed for 4 nights and everything was exceptional. We decided that we wanted to upgrade to a suite with a heated pool about 2 days into our stay and this request was met without hesitation. We ordered room service, used the laundry service, paid for a spa experience, ate at the Akau restaurant, and used the hotel transfer to the airport. The staff are extremely attentive, friendly and really do make your stay special. We want to praise the management, especially Thomas who communicated with us throughout our stay and ensured that we had everything we needed. The breakfast area has beautiful views and includes healthier options. There is great attention to detail and the hotel smells divine. We are already planning our return trip next year with several of our wedding guests.

The staff was so incredibly friendly, from the first smile from Georgia at the reception, til the people from the hotel Spa. We could not have felt more welcome. Apart from the beautiful hotel and hotelroom, the location in the quiet Pyrgos was great. Central to all other important towns in Santorini.

Perhaps the prices of the a la carte menu in the all-day restaurant are a bit excessive. 24€ for a cocktail is a premium price. However the burger for the same price was absolutely delicious.

The accommodation was perfect. Our room was huge and had views of the island. It also had a hydro-massage pool and a sunbed. The bathroom products were of high quality. Breakfast was amazing—à la carte, but you could order whatever you wanted. The waiters were super friendly and kind; we truly felt at home. We also had dinner at the hotel one night—the food was of the highest quality, the staff were lovely, and the views were incredibly romantic. Above all, I want to thank Georgia. From the very first moment, she welcomed us warmly, helped us with everything, and made the experience unforgettable. Thank you so much, Georgia—you are the best! We will definitely come back, because the service, comfort, and tranquility were on another level!

Absolutely everything about this property was absolutely unbelievable and beyond stunning. Never have i experienced a hotel where from the first moment I walked through the door I was breath taken. The second we walked into reception, we were greeted with wonderful and kind service from the receptionist who were super helpful and gave us advice on the area and spent a good amount of time making sure we were happy and knew what we could do around the island. The landscaping of this property is second to none and the design is just beautiful. We were given a tour of the hotel and given free drinks, wine at dinner and even though I said I didn’t drink and expected nothing of it, they brought me out a beautifully made mocktail which was amazing . I could talk about this place and the spa room to the gym to the amazing WhatsApp service which was 24/7 and we had a reply in under a minute every time! Absolutely spectacular place. Will be coming back again for sure.
