The front counter agent Ms. Tee Tee was awesome. She was very professional. I advise her I have been staying at one of the other hotels in the area for more than 40 years. My last stay didn’t go so well. My request to stay at the highest level away from the ice/ vending machines and elevator was not honored. Unfortunately, the bed was too soft and was squeaky and too much noise on the first floor. I shared with Ms. Tee Tee that I just had my second spinal cord stimulator surgery just a few months ago and I needed a solid firm bed to sleep in. She was very apologetic for my bad experience during my last visit to Crestview and showed much empathy on my behalf. Her last comment was Mr. Winston if you need anything don’t hesitate to reach out to me. I received the WOW moment from Ms. Tee Tee and how much pride she shows on representing her organization. I’m a retired Administrator of Customer Relations Industry of 41 years. It would have been an honor to have Ms. Tee Tee on my team. I will definitely make my future over night stay’s in Crestview at the Comfort Inn and Suites. Please give my best regards to Ms. Tee Tee. I loved, dear staff member Margot and Holly at the front desk. They both were lovely and made me feel very comfortable. They were very helpful telling me places to eat and things to do. It was a joy to get to sit down and speak to both of them for a little while at the end of the day.

Because of road construction it makes it very odd to get out and go towards have to drive up several lights and make a U-turn. While the breakfast was plentiful There was an excess amount of pepper or hot spices, which made it difficult for me to eat. It looks delicious though.

Location was excellent. The hotel is a superb stay for short or long stays. Our room was huge and quiet, with a super comfy bed, pillows, and bedding. Staff are excellent. We didn't stay for breakfast, but based on what we saw, it looked very good. Hotel is close to several restaurants, so you don't have to go far to find places. Quick on and off highway. There was construction on the road by hotel, but it wasn't too bad.

Everything. Desk staff and housekeeping were very friendly, helpful and efficient. Bed was comfy. Water pressure was very good. Got hot quick. Tub drained as should. Breakfast was average american choices. Pool was small but nice, warm. Clean. About 45 minutes from coast.

Breakfast, as with most places, was mostly carbs. Road construction near the hotel (not hotel issue)made coming/going difficult at times but will be nice when completed.

fabulous cooked breakfast .. the chef proudly told us all about the products she had prepared. Front desk staff felt like a relative welcoming us into their home. So clean and well cared for. very quiet (despite it being full of high school boys there for a baseball tournament) Everyone seemed to be happy to be working there.

not the fault of the property, but there is a lot of road construction which makes getting to the hotel a little challenging.

The man who checked me in, Archie, was the most friendly person I’ve probably ever met. He had such a genuine warmth and happiness that I was a little taken aback. You just don’t meet many people as happy at their job and that happy in general. He’s awesome and definitely deserves a promotion or recognition. Other than Archie, the place was clean, quiet, and had a good breakfast.

Pros-This facility was beautiful, clean and well maintained. Room was clean and very large. Breakfast was good and had various options. Bed was comfortable and bathroom was large and clean. Manager Kenji was very sweet and helpful!

Cons- Room wouldn't get cold for some reason, so I didn't sleep well.

1. The way the bed was positioned next to the a/c vents caused the cold air to blow over the surface of the bed which created the need for a blanket!

Excellent service at check-in by Kenji! Room was immaculate and spacious.

Slight issue with noisy rear exit/entrance door. A simple adjustment to avoid slamming would fix the issue. Reported to desk upon checkout and they were very helpful and courteous.

After a long day of traveling it was great to come to a clean and quiet hotel. The front desk clerk was awesome. She was pleasant, accommodating and helpful. The rooms are very nice and the breakfast is great.

Nothing to complain about it.
