Nothing.

Was unable to eat anything offered for breakfast. The breakfast is not for anyone with diabetes. The coffee offered is way to weak. It was like drinking brown hot water.

Everything appear d in good condition, like maybe the property was recently renovated. I normally stay in similarly priced hotels when I’m doing road trips, and this is the nicest one I have stayed in! Staff was friendly too.

Minor thing - just didn’t like that they have a breakfast policy of not being allowed to take food or beverages out of the dining area. I arrived having strep throat, so I didn’t want to eat around the other guests, so we decided to just skip the breakfast and eat at Waffle House. This rule seems unnecessary. I’ve never been to another property with this sort of breakfast policy.

We made an on line reservation at the last minute, at a very good price. We drove right over and checked in. This was the evening of July 10th. I wish I could remember the name of the lady at the front desk because she was excellent. Very friendly and welcoming! Also very helpful and offering further help, if needed. The room was spacious and spotlessly clean.. seemed to be newly painted and decorated. The morning staff person was just as polite, friendly and cheerful as the evening person. checkout was easy. It was fairly close to the interstate in a safe and quiet area. I would stay here again when in Crestview, FL.

A hidden gem. I’m a simple traveler. A cozy bed, heat/AC that works, clean, quiet, reasonable price, friendly staff, breakfast. This property has been upgraded and has very nice furnishings. When the highway construction is finished, it will be even more convenient.

Breakfast was pretty much not. Cereal (2 types), bread for toast, waffle maker, apples, coffee machine, juice machine. All clean and sanitary but just not inviting. I would suggest some instant oatmeal or grits, bananas (a favorite among seniors), individually packaged muffins or pastries, yogurt, etc.

Everything was very nice! The front desk attendant was friendly even though we checked in at nearly midnight!! The room was clean and the place was peaceful. The morning attendant was friendly as well and breakfast was great! My family chose the waffles, and I had an apple and some oatmeal. There were also two kinds of cereal offered, as well as toast. The coffee was even fresh!! We would definitely stay here again if the opportunity presents itself.

The hotel was close to the location where I was working and all of the staff did an excellent job during my stay, this includes desk clerks (daily and weekend) and housekeeping. The owners were on site and tried very hard to keep everything looking nice and clean, inside and out.

The only thing I didn't like was the lack of items on the breakfast bar. I was there during the off season and the guest ratio was down so I understand why there wasn't a large amount of food. Otherwise my stay was great!

Desk clerk friendly and helpful. Bed and pillows comfortable. No problems with wi-fi. Room reasonably quiet, despite proximity of a rather busy highway.

Very busy road, at least at the time of my arrival, which made it a little difficult to get into and out of the place. Not much in the way of eating options within walking distance—fast food and Cracker Barrel.

The gentleman who checked me in was very friendly and polite. He had a smile and asked about my trip. The following morning when I checked out, Jennifer was very polite and pleasant! The bed was comfortable. The shower was nice also!

The room needs some updating. Some fresh paint goes a long way. The price was reasonable.

This was a quick (too tired to keep driving) stop. Made the reservation at 11:00 pm, pulled in at mid-night, then gone by 6:00 am. I did want to write a review because my main fear in a hotel is bugs and I always look over every inch of the room before I unpack - there were no bugs! The room was clean, there were no weird smells, the bed was comfy enough for a hotel bed and the gentleman working was very nice, even at midnight. He had a smile and made sure to tell me that coffee would be ready at 6:00 am. The only reason I have rated an 8 is because all I wasn't there long enough to properly inspect the rest of the items.

The sheets were old and a couple of spots had shredded - Not that big of deal to me but they appeared old.

Everything was clean, location was great for us. Construction on the highway but no fault of the hotel. Wendy was super! She was the friendliest hotel employee that we have ever encountered! Simply amazing and she has the greatest personality.

The ice machine could use some work. It would barely fill my 20oz cup, before completely stopping.
