The hotel stay was kind and courteous being very helpful as we tried to navigate checking in with a baby late at night after a tough travel day. They also did great to keep breakfast stocked and warm and the entire facility was very clean and well kept.

It was very humid when you walked in the room which we understood may just be due to the Florida heat and humidity. However, when we returned to our room the second day after being out for a wedding and time with family we came in to a freezing room and the temperature had been lowered down to 64 degrees from the comfortable 70 it was set to when we arrived. We were unsure of why this was done, but were uncomfortable with that change.

The breakfast was wonderful with many options, hot and cold food items. Thr woman working the kitchen/breakfast area did a great job to keep all of the food stocked and clean. Since it was pretty cool outside, we appreciated the indoor pool, which had warm towels available. It was nice to have access to the gym 24/7. We did have an issue with the shower. However, as soon as I called the front desk to let them know and the time for someone to ride up the elevator, there was a knock on the door to repair it! The problem was very quickly resolved! We were grateful for the filtered water in the gym.

Perhaps a bigger gym but, really it was sufficient for a workout.

You know that people can make a difference ... this is clearly what happens in this hotel. On paper, it is considered as a middle average Hotel ..... but the team that runs it turned it into a comfy 5 stars! From the check-in experience to the Bedroom cleanliness, from the great pool and so warm Jacuzzi to the excellent breakfast, all is done to make your stay a real vacation time. We booked a large bedroom with 2 queen beds and a sofa, the room size was large enough to accommodate the whole 4 members of the family with a lot of comforts. The beds were really good, and so were the pillows. All bedrooms are equipped with a fridge, a coffee machine, and a microwave. the Hotel is located far enough from the main road not to be bothered by the traffic noise.

Easy large, safe parking lot. Big rooms and bath. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Ample towels and bath products. Decent breakfast.

We need a gym., which was a highlight here. The exercise bike was loud and falling apart. Not that expensive. It needs to be replaced.

The hotel seemed new or remodeled very well. Everything was clean and comfortable. The staff was amazingly friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great, they have bathtubs which is great for little kids, an indoor pool, and really good water pressure in the shower! there are also a lot of restaurants nearby. We stayed there one night on the way to our vacation destination and stayed again on the way home. We will definitely stay there again!

the front desk person told me at check in that they do not honor the online booking cost and I asked someone else that worked there to explain why they don’t honor the online booking price from third party like booking.com and said it was a service charge that they add and when I asked why was that not in the up front pricing notification she said and I quote… IF YOU PEOPLE WOULD EDUCATE YOURSELF AND READ ALL THE FINE PRINT THEN YOU WOULD KNOW, BUT NO YOU COME AND START ASKING US QUESTION BECAUSE YOU DON’T KNOW HOW TO EDUCATE YOURSELF..so with that I will never book with a Holiday Inn again and especially not in Crestview Florida, which I visit a lot since I have family there.

I love how the staff was friendly. The night was quiet. The room was clean and smelled nice. The breakfast was delicious, I love how they had healthy options.

I didn't like that I was only there for 1 night.

I was heading out at 6:15am to go get a drank from the store & walked right into the good smell of breakfast & wasn’t expecting it but it looked good & tasted good as well. Didn’t know it was raining so glad I didn’t have to take my 9yr old son out in the cold wet weather.

Brittany made check-in quick and easy. The room was great, and since there was only one (very comfortable) queen bed, it was very spacious. We liked the shelves in the closet. The pool was very nice. Breakfast was great. We were pleased that the deposit for incidentals/damages was refunded quickly. This was a last-minute reservation because we were rushing home because of hurricane Ian. We were glad we could book a room at Holiday Inn Express.

If I need to say one thing it is that the tub could use more grab bars for safety.

The only complaint I had was that whoever did the chemicals in the pool/hot tub went far overboard resulting in our eyes burning and swelling up while using the facilities and once back in our room the top layer of my skin began to slough off.
