The location is perfect. You can see the ski slopes and ski lifts from your balcony. The view is just as the photos. We walked to the ski lifts and the ski rental shops. Other guests with their own gear ski'd from and to the hotel and there is a room for all the ski gear to dry out. Restaurant and bar on the premises so no need to go looking for anything. Breakfast each morning. It was perfect really.

No coffee/tea in your room. You can go downstairs to the dining area but they made it clear bfast is at 9am and restaurant/bar opens at 4pm. I am am early bird and awake by 6am latest and really want a cup of coffee and enjoy the view until bfast at 9am. Was quite ravenous by 9am. We took our portable espresso maker but it didn't work properly for some reason. Perhaps damaged during travel. So thats the only suggestion. Make coffee available any hour of the day :-)

Beautiful location, quiet, with direct access to slopes, great view from balcony, netflix and play station, pick up and drop off with snow scooter. Friendly staff. Quick communication via WhatsApp

All was great. Small improvement suggestions would be to try to provide fresh bread (that's what Georgia is famous for and taste is fantastic when fresh and crispy) and to try to keep breakfast eggs and sausages warm. But we trully enjoyed our stay !

The Family room has doors that opens outside to a yard with chairs and we could watch our children play from our room. We felt very comfortable and the rooms are very clean. The staff hospitably was excellent. They were so helpful with our luggage ( we had about 7 suitcases). The staff at the restaurant was so caring. She would understand our needs and would do them without even asking. Our special thanks to her. We love the breakfast provided and the food at the restaurant. The hotel manager Elena was very kind and helpful. We would recommend this place.

Had an exceptional stay at Gogi resort..!Staff were especially Mr.Luca was hands-reach .Gave us choices for even for breakfast what our kids like.. Rooms were clean and entertainment was good and working which our boys loved.Accessibility also to add.

Rooms were small than expected but doesn’t matter as most of the time we were travelling.Location was a bit hard to find..

The location of the hotel is excellent, right on the ski slopes. The rooms are very good and very clean, the view is unique. The breakfast was always very tasty and rich.

European level mountain resort hotel. Rich breakfast, very delicious choice of food for dinner. Modern and clean rooms. Staff very helpful and friendly! Very good location - lift is reachable from the hotel by skis. Modern ski room. Not the first but definitely the best experience of staying in Gudauri till now.

Cute hotel 50m away from the slope. Completely renovated and quiet. The views of the sunrise and sunset from the room and the lobby are absolutely stunning. Very clean. Service very nice and caring. Great chefs! The food is homemade and delicious • Coffee is excellent too. Very much recommended.

All was excellent

If you’re an experienced skier this location is just perfect, next to the slope. You can start and finish at the hotel. As we had new beginners kids it was quite a steep walk up and down the hill every day but it was a good workout! ;) The view is amazing. The ski depot is great, all things dry again in the morning. Food was wonderful. Not in excess like you have in these massive hotels but just perfect and good quality. The kids brought their own games and things as there isn’t any entertainment for kids but we knew this beforehand and it was nice to also get some family time in playing card games. The owner is really helpful and so nice! She patiently answered all of my questions before arriving. We loved our stay here and all the staff! So friendly and welcoming.

The rooms are quite small, no closet to put clothes in but as we only stayed for a week (like most people did) it worked out fine for us.

The hotel is brand new and cosy. Perfect location. Very clean. The staff is super kind, attentive, and helpful.

The rooms are relatively small. There is not much place for storage. But it is manageable. The breakfast has a very limited choice. Really really limited. Even many basic things should be improved. There is no normal coffee included (must be paid in addition); otherwise only instant coffee available. Not even honey available (and Georgia is a country of honey!) , only one sort of jam. No juice. Sometimes boiled eggs available and sometimes not. No bredrolls. Only industrial bred. Sometimes the food is cold. As vegetables just sliced cucumber and tomatos. The dinner was more or less okay, but also not a big variety. The wifi: average: but also, we are not in the ski resort to sit in the internet...

My experience with this property was super Amazing, the host is super friendly and goes out of the way to make your stay more comfortable, views from the property are amazing, food is great and even they customise according to your needs if possible. And to mention, the hot water tub, i had an amazing experience staying at Gogi Ski Resort. Highly recommended!!
