Lovely hotel, rooms are basic but very clean and had everything we needed. Nice pool area with well maintained surroundings. Plenty of sun beds so no sun bed wars which is common for a lot of hotels. Staff are so lovely and welcoming and nothing is too much trouble for them. Breakfast was good with plenty of choice. Would definitely stay here again.

The only thing for us was the balcony was rather small and we like to sit out there when we return to the hotel on a night when the children go to bed. No big deal though.

We have stayed at the Nefis hotel on previous occasions and have always found it to be very pleasant. It is in a quiet location and just a 5 minute walk into the main town of Hisoranu. Lovely pool, very clean rooms and pleasant staff. We ate at lunchtime, the food was excellent value for money.

The bar doesn't serve alcohol, but fridges are provided in the rooms, so you can BYO!

Clean, room was great. Pool area very well maintained and quiet. Only a very short walk from the main strip, perfect location away from the hustle and bustle. Breakfast was fine. Free Pool and Table Tennis for kids.

The best hotel I stayed in my Turkey’s road trip. It was better then a 4 stars hotel I stayed before. Rooms are comfortable, bathroom wide, pool with restaurant near is amazing, they have a few of kitch objects and statues near the pool but this is a no importance detail. You can feel like a family environment and receptionist was really kind.

Amazing family run hotel. helpful, friendly and professional staff. I don’t remember the staff’s name but saw him mostly at the reception by the pool side, he was very professional and helpful, always eager to help. Ayesha and Hassan are siblings made sure we are comfortable. My brother who stayed with his whole family told me to stay here on my holidays and spoke highly about it. I can say everything he said was true.

Internet Connectivity was an issue maybe it was just my room but overall stay would have been exceptional if internet was good.

The location of the hotel with respect to the city was magnificent, it was near the crowded area but calm at the same time. the lighting of the room was so relaxing and the bright colors of the design, the toilets met exactly my expectation. Aysha was so helpful and most of the stuff speaks english.

We liked the location, it was a two minute walk from the strip and a taxi call box was right outside. Very clean and modern decor/facilities. A lovely shower. Staff were lovely, took our bags before check in and let us hang around the social areas after check out.

The WiFi was a bit slow and it wasn’t clear what modem to connect to. This is a superficial issue really but for us personally it is expensive to use data so we were relying on WiFi to contact family, plan excursions etc.

The room and hotel's aesthetics were very nice. The hotel was clean. Breakfast buffet was great and had many options. The staff was very helpful. The pool was very nice. There are games like table tennis and snooker aswell as board games available for the guests.

Wifi was slow and usually not working. There were alot of mosquitos in the room and the hotel didn't have bug spray or anything to get rid of the mosqitos on hand. There's no elevator so I had to carry my luggage up to my room.

We stayed one night and it was really great. Room was clean and shower had great water pressure. Also the breakfast was terrific

I wish the shower was a tad hotter but it was still very warm.
