Dinner and breakfast were freshly prepared and very nice, we felt welcomed by the staff and the riad is very nice, in a quiet location facing the surrounding village, canyons and mountains. The organised trip with Zaki was a great experience, and not very expensive, definitely reccomended!

Being in a countryside location, it is normal to have insects in the room. However, I would not expect to enter the room and find 5/6 crickets on the bed. We know it is not dangerous or dirty, however it felt a bit strange. The window was also open when we enter, maybe this is why there were so many. During the night, they were jumping around the room and this was a bit uncomfortable. Bed was also not the most comfortable, I am afraid.

The Riad is very close to the Todra Gorges, which I visited very early in the morning, with no people at all. Rafika has been a wonderful host and helped me greatly understanding Moroccan people, customs and traditions. The breakfast is superb (best msemen I've had in Morocco) and the dinner has an amazing value for money. The car can be parked on the side of the road just beneath the Riad and the area is very calm and welcoming. I took a walk on the fields in the valley all the way to the Todra Gorges and it's been an amazing experience where I could meet and greet lots of friendly local people.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Very delicious (traditional) dinner, although there was not much choice. Very beautiful views from the window and balconies, you can see all the beauty of the town. The staff is caring - when one of the guests left the window open in the car, they went through all the rooms to ask and look for whose car it was and say that it was very unsafe, etc. really very commendable. Breakfast- traditional pancakes and very tasty! Price and location everything 10/10

In the evening, they locked the front door and when we wanted to go out for a short while, we couldn't, and all the lights were turned off in the hotel. Maybe it's for security reasons, it didn't cause us any inconvenience, but it seemed a bit strange

The staff was super friendly, trying to do their best to make our stay pleasant. The room was clean, and the beds were comfortable. The size of the room was a bit on the small side—about a foot of clearance on the left and right side of the bed, but for a 1-night stay it was OK. We got a bit lost looking for this riad since Google Maps does not display the hotel location accurately. In order to find it, keep driving till you see a big sign with the hotel name on the right side of the road if you are driving from south to north. We liked the ambiance of the hotel lobby—it almost felt like a museum featuring authentic Moroccan furniture, decorations, and carpets! Loved it!

I think the shower drain needs to be serviced and cleaned since the water was draining rather slowly. The shower stall door closes only partially (half-way), allowing for the shower water to escape onto the bathroom floor. Wish we had glass windows in the room instead of painted panel windows that were not see-through. A small heater in the room would make a huge difference at night. If you are staying in the winter months, make sure you have extra layers of clothing.

Riad Sephora offers an amazing view on the valley. The owners are very friendly and helpful. They have an amazing guide called Zaki. We did a beautiful tour on the valley and in the mountains, he knows the surroundings very well. Dinner was very good and breakfast too.

It is a pity that we thought relaxing a little by the swimming pool, the swimming pool was there but there was no water in it. Also the rooms, the bathrooms and the place could use a refresh. It is old but the owners and the guide were very welcoming and thoughtful that we liked staying there.

Great staff. Very helpful. Great cook. Best Moroccan food I have enjoyed so far. Large spacious room with attached bath. Mine had a great view. Good wifi. Great location, just to the entrance of the Todra Gorge.

A bit far from the main town, 8 km. The hotel is located at the top of a hill which requires a steep walk to get there. There is no parking except on the street far below so a hassle to carry one's luggage. The bathroom is also the shower (European style) so everything gets wet whenever one takes a shower.

On this first trip to Morocco we have been delighted with the hospitality of Zakaria and the boys and girls who worked at the riad, they have been super attentive from the first moment, they have interacted with us, they have made the two days that we have been with they very nice. The accommodation is very nice with very colorful views and decoration and everything is very neat and clean, we really liked the breakfasts and dinners as they seemed exquisite to us. For all this, I will choose the Riad Sephora again in the Tinerhir region for a second trip to Morocco, I recommend it 100%

The service here was amazing! Ilias is a great host of this accomodation. With his amazing smile he arranged everything. No water in the swimming pool he arranged another location which we could use. He arranged a great guide Zaki for a nice walk / hike in the morning. And also thanks to the cook excellent breakfast, lunch an diner. Really amazing service here and we really enjoyed our stay 👏🏻👏🏻

No water in the swimming pool but great alternative provided by Ilias to use another pool of the neighbours.

Really good value for money, the hostess was superb, she was celebrating her birthday and on our arrival immediately asked us to join her party to celebrate it. Hospitality was amazing and the breakfast was the best of the 5 places we stayed in Morocco. Location was great, really close to car park where we started out 4 hour Todra trek/hike.. bed comfortable and room clean. Great value overall.

Hot water was luke warm, not a criticism just we prefer it hotter especially on a Coltishall night. We think it was wood fire heating and so the pressure was not blasung.

Very friendly and cosy Riad featuring mountain and village sights. Staff were great and friendly. Wifi, tea, breakfast and lunch were excellent. spacious rooms and comfy beds. There are several covered outside areas where you can hang out with some of the hotel cats :)

Not necessarily negative, But pls take into account that it is quite a few steps up to the Riad from the main road where you can park.
