Close to airport and the falls, very beautiful and greenery environment, nice pool and pool bar facilities, fantastic breakfast,and very tasty coffee as well,the English speaking lady at the front desk (I don't remember her name),made out of her way to serve us and answered to all our questions!

Room was kind of claustrophobic,we know that was tiny when we proceed to booking,but we didn't expect that. Music in pool bar was way too loud! Lack of English language (except of the front desk lady, already mentioned)...

Brilliant facilities and an excellent location for the falls, animal park, water park, and other major tourist attractions on the doorstep. Very nice indoor and outdoor pool area with sports equipment, play area, games room, bouncy castles, football pitch and more. Breakfast and dinner were very nice. The WIFI and staff were very good.

There was a lot of early morning noise when we were there. This was just inconsiderate guests talking and shouting. Not much the hotel can do about this but I always hope that someone from the hotel could step in if they hear it. They never do.

- we had a cockroach in our room - the walls are very thin and we woke up at night from the tv of the room next to us was very loud - there were a lot of Families with small Kids in the hotel which was a bit chaotic at the breakfast (just something to be aware of if you are looking for a quiet place to relax)

I had an issue with the restaurant where it took to long to prepare my dinner when it came was not what I ordered then they had to redo and the meat was so raw and they tried fish instead … I asked not fried grilled and they came up with a fried fish … so 3 orders and none was what I ordered . But this day the waiter was very professional and tried to give me other options

Excellent Breakfast had lots of options Very Nice and well trained Staff (Mr. Samuel was always ready for help). Cleaning Service was always available Pool and Heated Pool are really great !!!

There are not many options around the Hotel but at least it is close to Chocolate Factory (5 min by foot), main downtown (20min by car) and Very close to Cataratas do Iguaçu (around 15 min by car).

The hotel is close to the brazilian's falls and the airport. It has a transfer service, which is great. Breakfast has a nice variety, it's not tasty, but its ok. The thermal pool is wonderful. The room for three people is spacious, the bathroom is good, the towels are fluffy, the internet works great, only the tv is old and not everyone can see it. The air conditioning also works very well. The room were cleaned every day which was great.

The juice is watery. The Room walls are very thin and you can hear people snoring. There is no bathroom to change near the thermal pool. in our case, it was winter so we had to run till the front room.

Breakfast was variedad and tasty, proximity to the falls, really friendly staff.

The wifi was not stable and didn't work in the room. The drains left a pungent smell in the bathroom after an afternoon of rain. Walls are quite thin. One of the phone charge plugs was dirty, it was filled with a brown substance

Great place! Very nice rooms, comfortable beds, mini fridge packed with goodies. They have a lot to entertain you: 3 pools, jacuzzis, football field, bar, arcade and a play field for kids (inside and outside). The staff was super friendly and helpful! The breakfast was insane haha. Never saw so much cake in the morning, but this was also my first night in Brazil 😉.

The location of the hotel is very good. It's close to Iguazu Falls, the main tourist place to visit and Parque das Aves. It's also close to the wax museum and shopping mall. The breakfast is good. The room is charming and cozy.

Friendly staff and very helpful. I had to move room and they were great. Little English, but google translate at reception. Dario had some English and helped a lot. Nice pool and cocktails served there Reasonably priced dinner and good breakfasts Good wifi
