Good location at shopping (pedastrian) street. Restaurant is excellent. Good breakfast and as always in in Holland, excellent coffee. For me a good coffee makes a good start into the day to come.

The beds are too soft and it looks like this is a typical Dutch problem, as all the hotels I have stayed in in the Netherlands, the beds are always very soft and not of best quality. For someone with back problems, not so nice, sorry to say, as otherwise the hotel is highly recommended.

Big room, handy location, nice breakfast, staff nice.

I didn't like that the lift wasn't available during night hours after 11, so as a disabled person can't go out to smoke. It is because the hotel is over a Chinese restaurant and the lift takes you there where the access to the external door is not separate.

Town centre... well , just on the edge. Motor bike 🏍 outside on the footpath and I had a room looking out over it !! Second floor. Warm , cosy , quiet , great buffet breakfast !! Chilled out place for 2 x nights. Japanese restaurant downstairs if your hungry !!

The hotel is 5 minutes walk from the rail station. The staff were friendly and dealt with our enquiries promptly. Our room was spacious with a comfortable bed which was cleaned daily. Hoorn is a lovely town with a pretty Harbour.

Nothing. Everything was good.

Location is the best if you want to see the centre of Hoorn. The hotel itself is quiet, clean and the staff was nice. The train station is a few minutes away by walk, shops, restaurants also as the main entrance is from a pedestrian street. We arrived back to the hotel late in the night and the night access was well resolved.

Parking. If you arrive by car you need to park in the streets. It is few minutes by walk from the hotel and paid parking.

Location fabulous for the town and for the Westfreisland 70.3 Ironman

No air con in rooms was a hot weekend and struggled to sleep

It was a cute little room on the top floor. The room had everything you needed and included a bathtub. It was also Kermis in the city and the room was on the city side where the Kermis was, so i could enjoy some of the festivities by proxy.

There were no free outlets, i had to unplug some device to make room for a phone charger.

the hotel is located close to the train and bus station, so just 40 min and you are in the centre of Amsterdam. there are a lot of restaurants around the hotel. the room was spacious, clean and with comfortable beds. the staff was friendly and helpful

there was no working Wi-Fi at the room, so you have to use your mobile network

We enjoyed our stay. The staff were friendly and accommodating. Our room was even upgraded at no extra charge. Location was excellent for us and to be centrally located to family and shopping

I wish that the hotel offered ice. There were no ice machines.

Location was excellent room was clean and tidy and well mentained.

Room ok for staying for one night. but not much storage for your clothes when staying for three or four days breakfast very poor for price paid £10 each per day.only a cold.
