The staff is very friendly - always smiling, greeting you, answering your questions and helping you throught your stay. This is a family run business and they work hard to stay at a high level. The rooms are very clean, not a spot of dust. This is our third stay at Residence Cigno and I can truly say that this is the cleanest hotel I have visited. The rooms are a good size and the kitchen is well equipped - you can cook if you want. There is no stove, just an induction plate. Parking place at the hotel - you have to reserve in advance, but it is worth it. The streets are very narrow and they lack parking places. The hotel is 50 meters from the beach. The beaches are clean and the water clear. You have a few choices of restaurants in the vecinity, also a good place to eat piadinas.

The couch in the living room/kitchenette is a little on the firm side, but I managed to sleep well. The TV is a little bit small and akqardly positioned on the fridge, but this is a minor detail. You are there for the beach.

- Parking can be really tricky in the area - While I respect the decision to offer only non-stick pans for environmental reasons, it makes it more difficult to cook with them

Excellent location. Nearby, restaurants, shops. There are bike paths all along the embankment. Wonderful and good-natured hosts. The apartment exceeded all my expectations. Cleanliness, silence, there is everything you need to the smallest detail. And the bed, pillows, towels, as in the best 5 star hotel. I will definitely come back.

Everything was just perfect. From start to finish. Amazing owners, ready to help and advise at any time, the whole concept of accommodation, the idea of well-being, joy, sustainability. I recommend it to all age groups. Close to the beach, amazing ice cream, promenade with shops, restaurants and cafes, nearby bus stop to the center of Rimini, possibility to park your car... Very clean and spacious accommodation, very kind owners, excellent location. Two minutes walk to the bus station (we went to the center by bus, and returned on foot). Accommodation is near the park "Italia in miniature", we went on foot, too. Both children and parents enjoyed it.

I don't like charging for parking separately, it's more convenient for me when everything is already included in the price.

This is our fourth visit by Residence Cigno. And with every visit, it’s always for my wife and I entertaining, fresh….rewarding! It begins with the owner Tonino, his wife Maricica and brother Carlo. They combine to operate the best value, impeccably clean and personable vacation apartment from all other establishments that we’ve experienced! The apartment has a seaside balcony, well equipped kitchen, comfortable bed and spacious bathroom. It’s located next to a family oriented promenade and soft sand beach. Also, nearby San Marino offers an alternative exotic day tour possibility. Overall, Residence Cigno remains our favourite vacation destination, because it’s simply welcoming and wonderful!

We stayed at the hotel for Christmas and New Year holidays in 2025. The hotel left us with pleasant impressions, everything was clean and cozy, we lived in apartments with a kitchen. The apartments had everything for our comfortable stay. The staff was responsive and pleasant. I recommend this excellent hotel to everyone!!!

Great apartment very close to the beach. It is located in a very nice square in the quieter part of Rimini which was perfect for us. We used beach 48-49. Our apartment no. 20 was clean and spacious. Big enough for our family of 4. We had 2 terraces one in front and one in the back of the building. We had reserved parking which was about three streets away from the residence. Tonino and Carlo who were at the reception were very helpfull and friendly. I would definitely recommend staying in Residece Cigno. Grazie Tinino and Carlo!

Everything was perfect, the host was very helpful and gave us tips which were very useful. The Viserbella beach is about 2 minutes walk, and 5 minutes walk away there is a very good grocery store with a selection of fresh bakery products and fruit and vegetables every morning. Parking is also right next to the accommodation...really recommend it to everyone

We really appreciated the owners helpfulness to find the location. Street directions had changed which didn't show up on Google maps which made reaching the site difficult. The owner walked to our car and directed us to the right place. During our stay the owner was always helpful and friendly!
