Nice hotel in very quiet and peaceful surroundings. Staff was very polite and helpful, especially with the electric charging station for our car, which we really appreciated. We had a double room with a terrace, which was perfect for our stay with our dog, it was large, nice, clean and modern. Dinner and breakfast was great. We only stayed one night on our way south, but would love to come back for a longer stay.

Excellent place- great for hikinhs and walks in the nature or surroundind villages, fantastic breakfast, very nice and well equipped rooms, the whole hotel is decorated in forest style - I loved it. Pretty nice relax-wellness area. Outside activities and relax area with massage path.

Gorgeous rural setting. Beautiful views and paths to explore. Everything is so well kept. Customer service is exceptional. Food is great (do it yourself fresh juice bar at breakfast 🤩). Room was very clean and very comfortable

It’s a little hard to find in the winter as some roads are closed BUT the hotel made a point of letting me know this ahead of time with some advice as to how to navigate

An ideal place for active relaxation. The staff was very professional and friendly, very good quality restaurant. There is a nice welness, minigolf, table tennis and a nice playground.

For me personally just too soft mattress, but this is individual...

The hotel's surroundings, nature and facilities.

This is really hotel with great potential. 1. Location is perfect, beautiful landscapes, very peaceful place. 2. Good starting point for many trips (by car, by bike, on foot). 3. Very good breakfast, great selection, variety of meats, cheeses, fish and fresh fruits. 4. Freshly renovated rooms, elegant with good quality of the materials and equipment, Rituals cosmetics. Soundprofing doors, you cannot hear anything from the corridor (I had room opposite to the elevator). 5. Adapted for disable people, easy access to the restaurant, reception desk and rooms (elevator). 6. Big parking next to the hotel, no problems with finding free place.

We stayed 7 days, so my opinion is not based on isolated occasion. 1. You need to wait way too long for your dinner, we usually spent 2 hours to have all the dishes. Waste of time. Buffet could be better solution, as apparently the kitchen is not prepared for so many guests. 2. Dishes for dinner were rather tasteless, tuna was burnt, overcooked and dry, salmon was raw. Wiener schnitzel was big dissapointment, gnocchi were chewy and sushi looked like taken from Lidl (canned tuna?). 3. Only one person speaks a little bit of English, not a single information about hotel, no leflet, no menu for dinner were in English. You can be surprised, as they claim they are 4*superior hotel. 4. WiFi is very poor, 1-2Mbps or no signal in the room. Please consider that generally mobile reception is poor in this location, so you have no decent options. 5. They allow to take the dog into the restaurant. I understand the hotel is animal friendly, but it is not a great experience to sit next to stinky dog in the restaurant. 6. No air conditioning - I disregarded this while booking, as I thought the location of the hotel would not make any issues with temperature. Unfortunately I was wrong and it was not comfortable to spend the time in the room or in the restaurant.

Location and lodgings were very good.

Restaurant was not at par. I would not eat there again. Breakfast was fine.

It was only one night, the gentleman who welcomed us was extremely nice.

The next day the lady was not so nice. The hotel is very well located, very quiet area, but the hotel itself, despite the number of stars, makes a poor impression. The elevator looks like the building is undergoing renovation - maybe that was the case? The room was clean, the bathroom was worse - mold and hair on the floor, Rituals soaps did not help... Breakfast was a buffet - there was even freshly squeezed orange juice, but the sour coffee was undrinkable
