Room was clean, cosy and well decorated with modern concept. There are shower and bath tub in the room. The room feels very spacious. The bed were comfy and manage to get a good night sleep. There is a coffee machine in the room, free snacks, water bottles and canned drinks as well when you check in. Breakfast was simple and tasty and also have options for vegetarians and those who are muslim could enjoy the breakfast. On one of the day of our stay there, they even served nasi lemak :) and iced Milo. There is also a halal Egyptian restaurant 5 mins walking distance from the hotel.

Since the hotel is into conserving the environmental the hotel does not provide any toliletreries so make sure you bring your own.

Big room, nice toilet provided with free tibits, drinks and water. The receptionist is ok, not as friendly as I would prefer. We booked a family room, and it's huge, comfortably sleep 4 pax with a small sofa and projector. The beds are super comfy, and room cleaners are super polite. There's a nice mala noodle just across the road and a nice fried rice place nearby for dinner, a smallish breakfast place beside the hotel. A family mart just below the hotel.

The location is really off, away from everything. Need around 20 minutes at least to travel to Feng chia market. Basically, it's really secluded and out of nowhere. They have some local food areas nearby, but nothing other than that.

Everything, especially the breakfast, which is southeastern Asian cuisine, very delicious with great variety! The staff are well trained and friendly, especially the one in the restaurant! The amenities in the room are impressive, especially loaded with free snacks and drinks and automatic drip coffee machine!

The ceiling is a bit low,but it is located on the high floors, which on the other hand makes the rooms quieter! The only two elevators for the whole complex building may take longer time during business rush hours, but no problem for us at all!

Staffs were polite and helpful. We were upgraded to better room when we checked in. The room was clean, bed was comfortable. To my surprise there were two pillows, one of which is feather filled and the quilt is down filled!! Towels were clean and fluffy. Buffet breakfast was the best I have ever come across under this category of hotel, good spread, fresh and tasty. There were a number of Malaysian dishes, mee goreng, nasi lemak, fried carrot cakes, etc!!

Room was spacious and had all necessary amneties. However, the building itself is shared with other tenants / residents, with only 2 lifts. May take very long to head up/down during peak periods, especially if one lift breaks down. There is a security by the lobby so it still feels safe. There is also a family mart conveniently located at the building.

Reception was friendly and helpful at all time! We spent the first two nights at Spring Rhapsody and spent subsequent two nights at Autumn Willow, it has cooler and darker theme and way more spacious the room type we chose, the only drawback was we did not have enough hanger/hooks for our towels and clothes in such a huge room, management should have upgrade a luggage stand and adding on some hooks on wall for the ease of travelers, but overall it was a lovely stay experience compared to most of the branded hotels in Taichung City.

Should consider to add on some luggage space with stands and more clothes hanging bars/hooks? The room is spacious and comfortable but not too functional as it should've been, keep it up and everything will be perfect.

the lift had a little bit of a strange scent and although the bathroom allowed for 2 people to shower at once, it would be better if there were hooks within the shower cubicle for hanging our clothes

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and of great value. Room service is also great with free bottle water and snacks refill every day. I ended paid less to enjoy a better stay in this hotel than the one in Taipei. Highly recommended it to anyone who plans to visit Taichung!

The location is a bit far from popular tourist destinations. But it wasn’t a big issue.

Absolutely great experience. Rooms look exactly like photos. All bites, coffee capsules, and drinks in fridge are free. Breakfast is simple but delicious.. Cozy stay, and my family loves it.

I have been in Spring Hotel, same building with Autumn Willow Hotel. The facilities are excellent and full option for staying: comfortable bedding, auto bidet, thick towel, welcome zone, nice staff.

The air con is unadjusted, it seems default setting and clients cannot touch.
